A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction for March 22-28 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Cynthia Serbousek, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Echo Woods Way to Kevin and Cheryl O’Dwyer, as trustees, for $565,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, a pool, an outdoor kitchen and 3,172 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 240 Sandoval Drive to Scott and Virginia Weiss, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, for $275,490. Built in 2020, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet.
Shed Roberson, of Ormond Beach, sold 305 S. Halifax Drive to Joan Goldenstein, of Ormond Beach for $279,900. Built in 1948, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,534 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $117,900.
Joann McDonald, of Moultrie, Georgia, sold 18 Alamanda Drive to Shannon Cantrell and James Monti, of Ormond Beach, for $252,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,022 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $64,000.
D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 233 Sandoval Drive to Kyrie and Margaret Moody, of Ormond Beach, for $285,990. Built in 2020, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,319 square feet.
Brooks Tomblin Holdings LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 178 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Robert and Sharon Hoss, of Ormond Beach, for $234,900. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $98,000.
Lakes of Pine Run
Gisele Commander, individually and as trustee, sold 201 Orange Grove Drive Unit 7 to Beverly Hudson, of Ormond Beach, for $118,000. Built in 1984, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $54,900.
Chelsea Place
Thomas and Victoria Parker, of Daytona Beach, sold 478 Chelsea Place Ave. to Robert and Leah Hendry, of Ormond Beach, for $399,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,846 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $320,000.
Southern Pines
U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as trustee, sold 3 Cross Vine Drive to William Calhoun, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,099 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $200,800.
Hunters Ridge
Daniel Hartman, of Port Orange, sold 95 Abacus Ave. to Susan Anthony, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $187,500.
Tymber Creek
Kimberli Klemanski, of Ormond Beach, sold 216 Briarfield Court to Lorrie Ann Stohler, of Ormond Beach, for $159,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,425 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.
Halifax Plantation
Federal National Mortgage Association, of Dallas, sold 3933 Acoma Drive to Anthony and Lorraine Laughlin, of Ormond Beach, for $394,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,380 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $384,500.
Plantation Bay
Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3038 Silvermines Ave. to Tommy Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $468,426. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,689 square feet.
Amy Beals, of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Kathy Drive to John McCarthy and Tanya Jenkins, for $272,000. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $195,000.
Jacqueline Hart, of Terryville, Connecticut, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd. Unit 3 to Anna Daley, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $68,000.
Sunny Beach Group LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 28 Beechwood Drive to Jessica Hughes and Bob Bertelson, of Ormond Beach, for $205,500. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 922 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $113,000.
