Breakaway Trails house tops the sales list

A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 9-15 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Alfred and Pamela Falco sold 5 Cross Creek Way to Teresa and Ronald Berridge, of Ormond Beach, for $585,000. Built in 1990, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,210 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $622,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Kat Ventures CZ LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 195 Benjamin Drive to Michael and Amy Finney, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,250 square feet.

Gerald Kurtz, individually and as trustee, sold 943 Northbrook Drive to Robert Napierkowski, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,666 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $59,900.

Stacey Kircher, of Winter Park, sold 43 Mayfield Circle to Miranda Baker and Carlos Miles, of Ormond Beach, for $237,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,815 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $169,000.

Thomas Flositz, and Fred and Brenda Flositz, of Ormond Beach, sold 77 Riverview Drive to Douglas and Elizabeth Piatt, of Ormond Beach, for $207,500. Built in 1950, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $92,000.

Joseph Lightwies, of Lehighton, Pennsylvania, sold 1801 Carolina Ave. to Christopher Snyder, of Ormond Beach, for $155,500. Built in 1969, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 996 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $110,000.

Jonathan Yarian, of Port Orange, sold 20 Laurel Oaks Circle to Byron and Kacie Richardson, of Ormond Beach, for $154,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet.

Tom Baxter, as representative, sold 28 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Harley Feeley, of Ormond Beach, for $114,900. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $50,000.

Theresa Rinko, of Ormond Beach, sold 55 Vining Court, Unit 217, to Lydell and Paulette Schultz, of Fargo, North Dakota, for $82,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $62,000.

Fox Hollow

Christine Davenport, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Silver Fox Trail to Jordan and Eric Roberson, of Ormond Beach, for $311,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,764 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $165,000.

Halifax Plantation

Bruce and Josina Pratt, of Ormond Beach, sold 1440 Ioni Court to Deborah and David Knopf, of Ormond Beach, for $440,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,551 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $395,000.

Joseph and Hyekyong Martins, of Ormond Beach, sold 3195 Connemara Drive to Charles and Constance Willbarger, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Jeremy West, of Flagler Beach, sold 53 Abacus Ave. to Jared Bionelli, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,983 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $220,900.

Oak Forest

Ronald Franks, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Walden Lane to Matthew and Carole Joefreda, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,010 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $220,000.

Ormond Lakes

Eric Apicella, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Emerald Oaks Lane to Oak Street Enterprises LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,507 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $302,400.

Plantation Bay

Chester and Cindy Piechowiak, of Ormond Beach, sold 1244 Harwick Lane to Eric and Karen Brown for $339,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,948 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $252,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 836 Aldenham Lane to Scott Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $237,340. Built in 2018, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.

Saddlers Run

Brian and Amanda Rosati, of DeLand, sold 35 Saddlers Run to John and Pauline Murray, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,937 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $265,300.

The Trails

David Murphy, individually and as trustee, sold 32 Lake Walden Trail to Joan Burroughs, as trustee, for $240,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,779 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $165,000.

Jeanine Parisi-Ng, of Jacksonville, sold 236 Timberline Trail to Todd Klepper, of Redondo Beach, California, for $149,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $176,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Reva Holloway, of Greentown, Indiana, sold 40 Sunset Blvd. to Timothy Cady, of Roanoke, Virginia, for $275,000. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.

The Bank of New York Mellon sold 6 Sea Dance Terrace to Tyler Dean, as trustee, for $181,625. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,630 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $137,000.
