A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Feb. 9-15 in the Multiple Listing Service. Donald Albert, individually and as trustee, sold 98 Tomoka Ridge Way to Lennox and Allison Hinds, of St. Albans, New York, for $594,900. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 3,630 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $548,900. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Thomas and Amy Cannon, of Ormond Beach, sold 1404 Overbrook Drive to Ralph and Judy Rountree, of Johnson City, Texas, for $268,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,878 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $195,900.

Maria Gegaj, of Ormond Beach, sold 174 Valencia Drive to Leonard Jordan III and Sharon Kay, of Ormond Beach for $217,500. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,321 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $62,800.

Anne Dunlop, of Ormond Beach, sold 231 Warwick Ave. to Elizabeth Bonds, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $34,500.

McMansion Enterprises LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 530 Collins St. to Christian Perez and Marla Vargas, of Ormond Beach, for $203,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $105,300.

MTGLQ Investors L.P., of Houston, sold 213 Riverbend Road to Cedar Ginn Equity LLC, of Lake Mary, for $182,500. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms two baths, a fireplace ad 2,202 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $125,000.

Eduardo Madrigrano, Maria Di Carlo, Giuseppe Mortellaro and Nicole Di Carlo sold 19 Bristol Lane to Laura Cushing, of DeLand, for $160,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,139 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $92,500.

Elizabeth Quitko and Lynda Moore, of Port Orange, sold 2250 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2030, to Katherine Dempsey, of Ormond Beach, for $145,250. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 950 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $54,900.

Chelsea Place

SP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 401 Nottinghill St. to Christopher and Rebecca Harrington, of Ormond Beach, for $442,120. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,436 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Christopher and Linda Curran, of Daphne, Alabama, sold 807 Millstream Lane to James and Andrea Chillemi, as trustees, for $505,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,911 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $474,000.

Patrick Blair, individually and as trustee, sold 1236 Hampstead Lane to Sandra Watts, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,948 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $373,000.

Karen Buchanan, individually and as trustee, sold 1208 Sunningdale Lane to Gerald and Diane Henrick, as trustees, for $287,000. Built in 2001, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,174 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $220,000.

Michael Perrino, of Cary, North Carolina, sold 436 Harbour Town Lane to Luis Lopez and Zhiying Tan, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,935 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $267,000.

Reflections Village

Charles Cook sold 36 Reflections Village Drive to Lukasz and Katarzyna Scaber, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1997, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,019 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $160,791.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Langdon Stanley sold 51 Seacrest Drive to Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 792 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $45,000.

Valerie Albright and James Sargent sold 38 Carol Road to Carlos Caquias and Gilberto Caquias-Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $62,900.
