Thursday, Nov. 26

47th-annual Daytona Turkey Run

When: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday-Saturday; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sunday

Where: Daytona International Speedway, 1801 W. International Speedway Blvd.

Details: The largest combined car show and swap meet in the U.S., this event is open to the public and features over 6,000 vintage, classic and custom, muscle cars, race cars and trucks on display and for sale. There is also an Artisan Alley with fashion, art and food. Tickets cost $15 for Thursday through Saturday, and $10 on Sunday. Free parking. Children under 11 are free. Visit TurkeyRun.com

Small business Saturday

When: All day

Where: Granada Boulevard, A1A and Orchard Street

Details: Help celebrate small businesses by shopping and eating at the dozens of restaurants and stores in the heart of Ormond Beach. The businesses will offer deals, block parties, live music, tastings and swag. Visit the Ormond MainStreet Facebook event page for more information.

'Live from your living room': A virtual concert - Canceled

Where: Zoom

Details: Featuring Ormond Beach opera singer Justin Gigliello, you can enjoy this concert, presented by the Peabody Auditorium Foundation, from the comfort of your home. Gigliello is a classically-trained vocal artist with a degree in voice performance from the Boston Conservatory. He is known for his impromptu performance of Ave Maria at Disney's Grand Floridian. Tickets cost $20 for current foundation members and $25 for future patrons. Reservations can be made at peabodyfoundation.org until Dec. 1. 

Friday, Dec. 4

Movie Under the Stars

When: 5:30-10 p.m.

Where: Destination Daytona, 1637 U.S. 1

Details: Come out to Destination Daytona for the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce's Movie Night Under the Stars, with special guests Santa and Mrs. Claus. Bring a toy to benefit the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia's annual holiday toy drive and receive a special treat. The movie will be "Elf," and tickets cost $15 per vehicle.

Magic of Lights 

When: Open daily 6-10 p.m. through Jan. 2. 

Where: Daytona International Speedway, 1801 W. International Speedway Blvd.

Details: Transformed for the fourth year in a row, come out to the speedway for a holiday display of over 1 million lights. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the AdventHealth Foundation in Volusia and Flagler counties. Advanced tickets start at $25. The display will open at 7 p.m. Nov. 26-29. It will be closed on De. 6-8, and 14-15. Visit daytonainternationalspeedway.com

Tour the Casements

When: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Friday; 10-11 a.m. Saturday

Where: The Casements, 25 Riverside Drive

Details: See John D. Rockefeller’s winter residence. The Casements Guild celebrates each year by decorating the mansion inside and outside. See the decorations and buy special Christmas presents in the gift sop. Tours are free and conducted daily on the hour. Visit thecasements.net
