Details: See much of the history and scenery of Ormond Beach via the Ormond Beach Historical Society’s bus tour. Beginning at The Casements, the tour includes the Loop, the Three Chimneys Sugar Mill Ruins and a visit to see the Fairchild Oak. Tickets must be purchased in advance at the MacDonald House, located at 38 E. Granada Blvd. Tickets cost $22 for adults, $20 for Historical Society members and $7 for ages 5-12. Tour takes about two hours. Call 677-7005.

Details: Every first Saturday of the month, Ormond Beach celebrates culture with six gallery stops featuring over 100 artists. Most of the artwork is created by local artists, but some galleries also feature international pieces as well. Enjoy the complimentary shuttle service to each stop.

Details: This third-annual charity event runs down the Halifax River to New Smyrna Beach with five stops. Boats and bikes welcome. This year's proceeds will benefit the Joe Tatro family and "Folds of Honor." Cost is $20 for bike or boat driver and $15 for each additional person. Pre-register on the Daytona Beach Sail and Power Squadron Facebook page, or register the morning of the run.
