Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,463 square feet. No other sales were listed.
Richard and Stephanie Potts, of Ormond Beach, sold 332 Oak Drive to Robert and Ally Coleman, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $325,000. Built in 1956, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,953 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $350,000.
