Built in 2015, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 4,491 square feet. No other sales were listed.
Patricia Mesick, of Holly Hill, sold 741 Hope St. to Paul and Kristi Shacklady, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a barn and 2,472 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.
