CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 1234 Regents St. to Georges Kouzoudjian and Georgette Masri, of Ormond Beach, for $583,718. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,491 square feet. No other sales were listed.
Roger and Steffi Ferguson, of Warner Robins, Georgia, sold 165 Royal Dunes Circle to Michael and Rebecca Ely, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,727 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $297,500.
E-Trade Bank, of Coral Gables, sold 180 Pinto Lane to Heiko Folkerts and Ralph Gerstner, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, swimming pool and 2,458 square feet. No other sales were listed.
