A house that sits on three lots in Chelsea Place was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 5-11 in the Multiple Listing Service. 1217 Draycott Street LLC, of Los Angeles, sold 1217 Draycott St. to Sunset Sanctuary LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $900,000. Built in 2015, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, sports court and 4,491 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1,250,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Ormond Beach

 

Melinda Tucker, of Orange Park, sold 40 Parkview Lane to Michael and Jean Noble, of Ormond Beach, for $275,900. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,558 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $215,000.

 

Kenneth Hornack, of Independence, Ohio, sold 213 Lynnhurst Drive to Ronald Kozik and Jeffrey Olney, of Ormond Beach, for $154,850. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 950 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $71,000.

 

Mark Oslizlo, individually and as trustee, sold 1118 Avenue K to Mary Boivin and Harold Bowman, of Ormond Beach, for $68,000. Built in 1984, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $10,200.

 

Halifax Plantation

Phillip Ahrens and Carol Guerra, of Greensboro, Georgia, sold 4081 Campa Lane to Gary and Tammy Seeley, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,387 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $275,000.

 

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3209 Bailey Ann Drive to Luc and Chansorel Vigneron, of Ormond Beach, for $282,000. Built in 2019, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,695 square feet.

 

Susan Duffy, of Milford, Delaware, sold 1419 Carlow Circle to Bruce and Jie Love, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $158,000.

 

Hunter’s Ridge

Kim and Jody Ledoux, of Ormond Beach, sold 63 Westland Run to William Singersen Jr., as trustee, for $308,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,995 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $165,000.

 

The Trails

Riplog Investments LLC, of Cocoa Beach, sold 226 Pine Cone Trail to Rian and Mina Kubannek, and Harold Kubannek, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $96,000.

 

Ormond-by-the-Sea

 

Michael and Urszula Witherell, of Adamstown, Maryland, sold 131 Sandpiper Ridge Driven to Christine and Gregory Walck, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,569 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $200,000.

 

Suzanne Fallo and Roderick Rowledge, individually and as trustee, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1001, to Marc Pedevillano and Zobeida Franco-Pedevillano, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $163,000.

 

Mako Beach Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 2470 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 104, to Ignacio and Alicia Fernandez, of North Richland Hills, Texas, for $212,500. Built in 1998, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 980 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $160,000.

 

Charles Bankston and Sue Bankston, individually and as trustee, sold 1926 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3040, to Jayne and Leigh Stones, of Gotha, for $190,450. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $231,000.

 

Amerigo and Magelie Devera, of Riverview, sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 10, to William and Karen Lynch, of Nyack, New York, for $185,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $140,000.

 

MaryEllen Osterndorf, as representative, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 78, to InBusiness Inc., of Altamonte Springs, for $111,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $75,000.
