A country home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Jan. 16-23, in Ormond Beach. James and Judith Titus, of Ormond Beach, sold 485 Leeway Trail to Andrew Westervelt, on behalf of the Andrew H. Westervelt Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a barn, pastures and 2,514 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $250,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Rayne Lewis, on behalf of Magnolia Drive LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 142 Magnolia Drive to Kevin Everhart, of Ormond Beach, for $158,400. Built in 1954, the house has three beds, one bath and 1,341 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $105,000.

Arbor Lakes

Peter Keating Jr., on behalf of the Peter Keating Estate, sold 8 Arbor Lake Park to Scott and Samara Bay, of Ormond Beach, for $54,500. Built in 1984, the condo has three beds, two baths and 1,386 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $58,500.

Daytona Pines

Robert Jon Williams and Tonya Neimeic, of Ormond Beach, sold 1131 Avenue G to Valerie Burton, Ormond Beach, for $25,000. Built in 1998, the condo has three beds, two baths and 1,689 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $89,900.

Halifax Plantation

Minerva Castro, of Columbus, Ohio, sold 1111 Athlone Way to Sharon Julian, of Ormond Beach, for $154,000. Built in 1998, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $256,000.

Loretta Aronson, of Volusia County, sold 3175 Kailani Court to Lynne Weagle, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 2001, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $149,000.

Melvin and Patricia Vevera, of Ormond Beach, sold 1132 Glengad Run to John and Deborah Berger, of San Pedro, Calif., for $135,000. Built in 1999, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $116,000.

Ormond Terrace

Katherine Huguely, of Port Orange, sold 124 Rosewood Ave. to Timothy and Bonnie Reid, of Ormond Beach, for $70,000. Built in 1959, the house has two beds, two baths and 832 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $25,000.

Rosemont

Kathryn Kwintkowski, of North East, Md., sold 198 Benjamin Drive to James and Grace Hill, of Plymouth, Mass., for $140,000.Built in 1951, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,000 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $68,900.

Peter Keating Jr., on behalf of the Peter Keating Estate, sold 49 Benjamin Dr. to Justin Fortney, of Ormond Beach, for $67,500. Built in 1952, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,259 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $60,000.

Standish Shores

Patricio Guillen, Ana Lucia Tacuri Ulloa and Teodoro Guillen, of Ormond Beach, sold 103 Standish Drive to Mark Birdsell and Linda Winter for $135,000. Built in 1962, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,138 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $100,000.

The Trails

Thomas and Linda Alexon, of Voluisa County, sold 9 Springwood Trail to Amanda Nixon and Seth Friedman, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1979, the house has three beds, three baths and 3,695 square feet. The land sold in 1979 for $17,100.

Robert and Edna Oakes, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Big Buck Trail to Harvey Cox, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1998, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,528 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $113,500.

Margaret Sutton, on behalf of the Sutton Revocable Trust, of Holly Hill, sold 107 Horseshoe Trail to William and Linda Mobley, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1983, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $195,000.

Johan Bell, of Volusia County, sold 136 Pine Cone Trail to Michael and Pamela Myers, of Ormond Beach, for $101,000. Built in 1977, the house has two beds, three baths, a fireplace and 1,663 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $110,000.

Frank Cavale, of Ormond Beach, sold 118 Horseshoe Trail to Joseph Balazic, of Geneva, Ohio, for $100,000. Built in 1983, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $130,000.

Dana Toolan, of Ormond Beach, sold 122 Timberline Trail to Marjorie Faye Marcum, of Lexington, Ky., for $92,000. Built in 1977, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $190,000.
