Fire crews responded to 94 St. Anne Circle, approximately 4:20 p.m. Thursday, after a fire spread from a outdoor shed to the home.

The city said the fire was extinguished by 5:20 p.m., and there were no reports of injuries to the occupants, who will be displaced for the night because of damage to their power utility.

Damages have been estimated at approximately $20,000, according to the city, and the State Fire Marshall will investigate the fire’s cause and origin, although it’s believed to have been unintentional.

The Ormond Beach Fire Department, Volusia County Fire Services and EVAC responded to the fire.
