Estate behind Wawa sells for $1.5 million

A house on Tomoka Avenue was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 30 to June 5 in the Multiple Listing Service. Sameera Kasim sold 602 Tomoka Ave. to 602 Tomoka Ave LLC, of Steinhatchee, for $1,499,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/6/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 7,699 square feet. Ormond Beach

Maureen Coughlin, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Jill Alison Circle to Michael and Nancy Suah, of Ormond Beach, for $721,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,855 square feet.

Ryan Ridder and Jennifer Calnan, of Martin, Tennessee, sold 431 John Anderson Drive to William and Holly Templet, of Ormond Beach, for $599,900. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,970 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $322,500.

Thero Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 229 Standish Drive to Jeremy and Kami Hopkins, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,915 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $335,057.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 207, to Paul and Winona Kashmer, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 2020, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,523 square feet.

Anne Johnson, of Spotsylvania, Virginia, sold 104 Seminole Drive to Elois Wallace, of Ormond Beach, for $269,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,686 square feet.

Berry and Patti Kitterman, of Ormond Beach, sold 120 Limewood Place, Unit B, to Ann Powell, of Ormond Beach, for $164,900. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,273 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $110,300.

Hunter’s Ridge

Fretwell Construction Co., of Daytona Beach, sold 128 Briargate Look to Thomas and Cynthia McConeghy, of Ormond Beach, for $410,605. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,871 square feet.

Ocean Village

Brian Smith and Denise Munger-Smith, of Corunna, Michigan, sold 123 Cardinal Drive, Unit C, to Ronald and Anna Costello, of Rome, New York, for $130,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 1/1 and has 504 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Matthew and Lauren Funderburk, of Tampa, sold 10 Timucuan Drive to William Schatz, of Ormond Beach, for $299,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,587 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $189,500.

Plantation Bay

Norian and Michael DeHaven, of Ormond Beach, sold 1170 Kilkenny Lane to Mark and Krystal DiSantis, of Ormond Beach, for $499,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,577 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $400,000.

Trails South 40

Terence Perkins, individually and as trustee, sold 97 Hay Bale Trail to Anthony Gadawski, of Ormond Beach, for $228,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,283 square feet.

Tropical Mobile Home Village

Martin Bunning, of Ormond Beach, sold 1815 Woodcrest Drive to Mary Roach, of Ormond Beach, for $104,900. Built in 1982, the mobile home is a 2/2 and has 920 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $80,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Cathy Fedora, of Ormond Beach, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 201, to Joseph and Colleen Klinker, of Ormond Beach, for $484,500. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $299,000.

Warren and Lisa Shaw, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 W. Sovereign Lane to Michael and Denita Werblun, of Daytona Beach, for $482,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 4/2.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,378 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $360,000.

Wayne and Denise Auclair, of Hampton, New Hampshire, sold 45 San Jose Drive to Miguel and Meredith Silva, of St. Johns, for $345,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,123 square feet.

Lori and Stephen Chaconas, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Rivershore Drive to Sean Hall and Shelby Kirkland, of Orlando, for $296,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 756 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $147,000.

Katia Robelo sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 230, to Midland Trust Co., as custodian, for $227,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,758 square feet.

Frank and Julie Irizarry, of Leesburg, and Timothy and Nancy Burnett, of Debary, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 105, to Ronald Baxter, of Ormond Beach, for $219,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 873 square feet.

Christine Piazza, of Ormond Beach, sold 2800 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 10, to Charles Miller, of Orangeburg, New York, for $197,000. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,216 square feet.
