A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 9-15 in the Multiple Listing Service. Kelly Lynch, individually and as trustee, sold 1348 John Anderson Drive to Sondra Avant, as trustee, for $1.85 million. Built in 2000, the house is a 5/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 5,678 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Laura Leidigh, of Smyrna, Georgia, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 8010, to Jill and Stephen Hole, as trustees, for $1.1 million. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/3 and has 3,344 square feet.
Patricia Miracle, of South Daytona, sold 248 Cherokee Road to Loren and Karen Hicks, of Titusville, for $575,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house, elevator and 3,084 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $305,000.
Michael and Vonda Pendlebury, of Ormond Beach, sold 215 Ocean Terrace to Stacy Burfield, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,729 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $208,000.
Jeffrey Fuller sold 14 Brookside Court to Keri Hoy, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,489 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $245,000.
Richard and Margaret Baumann, of Port Orange, sold 120 Arlington Way to Marcely and Anthony Ackley, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,586 square feet.
James and Teresa Sims, of Florence, South Carolina, sold 190 Magnolia Drive to Gail and Donald Kaddy, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,056 square feet.

Spencer and Kayla Hathaway sold 43 Sounders Trail Circle to Joshua and Andrea Bolton, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,702 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $238,000.
Spring Meadows
Kathryn Heist, Judith McMaster and Richie Adams, of Scottsdale, Arizona, sold 71 Spring Meadows Drive to George and Muriel Hutchens, of Ormond Beach, for $445,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,589 square feet.
