A house on John Anderson Drive was the top real estate transaction for the week July 7-13 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Preferred Trust Co. sold 1736 John Anderson Drive to Luis Rodriguez and Maidelys Guerra, of Deltona, for $1,075,000. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 3,905 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1.13 million. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Ormond Beach

 

 

Anthony and Joanne Grippa, of Tallahassee, sold 459 John Anderson Drive to Eva and John McMullen, of Ormond Beach, for $970,000. Built in 1987, the house has five bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,504 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $760,000.

 

Lewis Heaster, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 7110, to Holly and William Templet, of Ormond Beach, for $620,000. Built in 1996, the condo has four bedrooms, six baths and 3,806 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $495,000.

 

Gail Distefano and Cynthia McCallister, of Ormond Beach, sold 112 Fairwood Circle to Daniel and Cynthia Parfitt, of Ormond Beach, for $298,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,619 square feet.

 

Patricia Dietrich, of Port Orange, sold 55 Sandpiper Lane to Mary Erwin and Joy Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $264,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $110,000.

 

Michael and Mary Mancini, of Palm Coast, sold 122 Oak Lane to Jason and Jennifer Zaniewski, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,344 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $395,000.

 

Harold Weeks Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 105 Fairway Drive to Kathy Hoellen, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,675 square feet.

 

Kristin Gachus, of Ormond Beach, sold 695 Alden Drive to Cynthia Corso, of Ormond Beach, for $263,500. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,792 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $174,000.

 

Elmer and Alberta Burda, of St. Johns, sold 113 Grey Dapple Way to Michael Mort, of Ormond Beach, for $253,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $201,000.

 

Pamela Czander, of McDonough, Georgia, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 7110, to Russell and Deanna Schaeffer, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,230 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $183,900.

 

Danielle Barnett, of Port Orange, sold 74 Vining Court, Unit C, to Geoffrey Gaskin and Brooke Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 2003, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,511 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $235,000.

 

James Hoyt and Lyda Longa, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Aaron Circle to Mary Helen Porter and Mary Ellen Porter, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $60,000.

 

John and Lisa Matias sold 216 Putnam Ave. to Richard Wallace, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $30,249.

 

Roger Doukas sold 1932 Linda Ave. to Robert McDonald, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,155 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $51,000.

 

Chelsea Place

Vicki DeMarco, of Ormond Beach, sold 364 Chesham St. to Donald and Theresa Bertch, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $529,900. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,712 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $469,700.

 

Halifax Plantation

Eleonore Nash, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, 3229 Lienster Circle to John and Marita Kelly, of Ormond Beach, for $308,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,147 square feet.

 

Tomoka Estates

Nancy Compton, of Daytona Beach, sold 1080 Peninsula Drive to Austin Brinkerhoff Jr. and Kristin Gachus, of Ormond Beach, for $343,750. Built in 1965, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock, boat house and 1,885 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $80,000.

 

The Trails

Clondalkin LLC sold 110 Timberline Trail to Katherine Sterling, of Ormond Beach, for $192,500. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $123,000.

 

Steven and Mary Blackledge, individually and as trustees, sold 168 Pine Cone Trail to Gerard and Lori Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, for $182,500. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $51,000.

 

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Cathy Chenetski, of Dublin, Ohio, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 402, to Maria Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $342,500.

 

Diana Brass sold 12 Ocean Shore Drive to Kathryn Beals and Amy Beals for $215,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one baths and 1,196 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $194,900.

 

Virgil and Nancy Marcum, individually and as trustees, sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 104, to John and Brenda Rohan, of Columbia, Tennessee, for $212,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $178,000.

 

John and Susan Moon, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Azalea Drive to Walter and Sheila Shreve, of Ormond Beach, for $197,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 806 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $105,000.

 

Natalie Keleher, as representative, sold 2780 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4S, to Cedar Ginn Equity LLC, of New Smyrna Beach, for $121,000. Built in 1968, the condo has two bedrooms, one bath and 837 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $134,900.
