Five-bedroom house tops sales list at $1.13 million

A house on the Halifax River in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Sept. 20-26 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Richard and Stacey Lipton, of Palm Coast, sold 1704 John Anderson Drive to Timothy and Catherine Root, of Ormond Beach, for $1,130,000. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 3,925 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $850,000.

Ormond Beach

Juan and Angela Arroyo, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Palmetto Dunes Drive to Deborah Hanat, of Franklin Square, New York, for $302,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,955 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $189,000.

Paul McPherson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1315 Overbrook Drive to Deena Fleming and Trishna Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,941 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $269,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as trustee, sold 290 Greenwood Circle to Caitlin Murphey, of Ormond Beach, for $148,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,518 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $42,800.

Dana Hollingsworth, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Misners Trail to Lorraine Klosin, of Neptune, New Jersey, for $124,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $162,900.

Vance and Diana Felker, of Ormond Beach, sold 400 Grove St. to Jared and Mary Claire Stanish, of Ormond Beach, for $108,000. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, one baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,726 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $138,000.

Fannie Mae Assoc., of Dallas, sold 1612 Palmer Drive to Daniel Kimble, of Ormond Beach, for $67,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $55,000.

Steven and Laurie Carlson, of East Haven, Connecticut, sold 501 Bryant St. to Kenneth and Sharon Klinedinst, of Ormond Beach, for $58,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,133 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $50,000.

Roland Jr. and Gina Marker, of Salisbury, Maryland, sold 314 Creek Lane to Arthur Fusco Jr., of Flagler Beach, for $57,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Charles and Christine Piazza, of Ormond Beach, sold 108 Deep Woods Way to Daniel and Kay Florio, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,517 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $295,494.
