Five-bedroom house with pool gets $700,000

A house in the Broadwater neighborhood was the top real estate transaction for June 17-23 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Heather and Steven Mitchell sold 41 Broadriver Road to Babar Majeed and Adila Afzal, of Ormond Beach, for $700,000. Built in 1992, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,284 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $500,000.

Ormond Beach

Nanette Singler, individually and as trustee, sold 491 Leeway Trail to John and Kathy Cathcart, of Ormond Beach, for $568,000. Built in 1998, the house has six bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,409 square feet.

George and Paris Rogers, individually and as trustees, sold 96 Treasure Lane to Franklin Palmer and Susan Todd, of Barrington, New Hampshire, for $280,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $267,600.

Charlotte Redmond, of Dania, sold 9 Greenvale Drive to Nanette Singler, of Ormond Beach, for $277,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,897 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $264,900.

Michael and Twila Miller, of Buckhannon, West Virginia, sold 96 Ocean Terrace to Dennis Sanford and Mary Montez-Sanford, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,663 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $212,500.

Martha O’Neill and Kenneth Kilner, of Ormond Beach, sold 167 Riverside Drive to Kenneth and Mary Bragers, of Plano, Texas, for $215,000. Built in 1965, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,208 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $105,000.

Janet Gillespie, of South Daytona, sold 204 Carib Drive to Leilani Perez, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,228 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $62,000.

Daniel Spearman and Luneta Ah Sam sold 32 Aaron Circle to Katherine Wichman, of Ormond Beach, for $183,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,311 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $138,000.

Gary and Pamela Mann sold 66 River Drive to Colleen Rogers, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 528 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $185,000.

MTGLQ Investors L.P., of Dallas, sold 796 E. Victoria Circle to Rosemary Strembel, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $122,000.

Ginette Latulippe, of Quebec, sold 7 Oriole Circle, Unit A, to Aaron Fisher and Bonnie Iverson, of Ormond Beach, for $141,500. Built in 1947, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 504 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $70,000.

Breakaway Trails

Randolph and Alice Pirtle, of Amherst, Virginia, sold 57 Shadow Creek Way to Bob Hollis and Gloria Toti, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,960 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $375,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Vincent and Kristin Occhiogrosso sold 5 Foxhunter to Brenton and Amy Reeves, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $405,000. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,496 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $280,000.

John and Nancy Newman, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Hunt Master Court to Douglas and Lois Golden, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,461 square feet.

Suzana Petkovska, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Foxfield Look to Walter and Zoraida Schertl, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2018, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,825 square feet.

Gail and Gerry Smith sold 1254 Royal Pointe Lane to Neil and Carol Rickli, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,117 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $275,000.

Tomoka Estates

Jason Grant, of Ormond Beach, sold 1127 Roberts St. to Gold Label Holdings LLC, of Winter Park, for $137,300. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,598 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $233,500.

Tomoka Oaks

Jeffrey and Shellie Sweet sold 124 River Bluff Drive to Michael and Casey Shorter, and Kelly Brooks, of Ormond Beach, for $476,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,524 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Kristina Barisha, of Flagler Beach, sold 141 Sandpiper Ridge Drive to Clifford and June Moore, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for $298,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,616 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $181,500.

Kenneth and Maureen Besaw, of Ormond Beach, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6-C-3, to Michael and Karen Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1984, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $159,500.

Stephanie and Robert Pace, of Daytona Beach, sold 204 Lynnhurst Drive to Deborah Yost, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,286 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $94,000.

Doris Giordano sold 13 Hibiscus Drive to Eagle Speed LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $181,000. Built in 1953, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 890 square feet.

Judd and Laura Scott sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 417, to Ronald and Stacye Bottoms, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 925 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $219,000.

Claude McGirt III, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Lynnhurst Drive, Unit 206, to Maria Tripodi, as trustee, for $103,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $86,000.
