Five-bedroom pool home tops the real estate transactions

A house near the Scenic Loop was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 7-13 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. David Simons, of Flagler Beach, sold 224 Vista Della Toscana to Charlotte Banister, of Ormond Beach, for $790,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,136 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $599,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Jeffery and Valerie Herrin, individually and as trustees, sold 8 Fernery Trail to Matthew Christopher and Shelby Salyerds, of Ormond Beach, for $308,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,538 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $260,000.

George Biddle, individually and as trustee, sold 187 River Beach Drive to Robert and Melissa Burns, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,864 square feet.

Douglas Romine, of Eatonton, Georgia, sold 207 Forest Hills Blvd. to Andrew Meldrum, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1974, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,372 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $47,800.

Halifax Plantation

Craig and Jennifer Capri, of Jacksonville Beach, sold 3756 Belfast Circle to Billy and Vicki Adams, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,694 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $155,000.

Steven and Stacy Ayers, of Sanford, sold 3938 Tano Drive to Richard Patella and Cheryl Ammons, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,928 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $190,000.

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3165 Bailey Ann Drive to Philip and Jill Weycker, of Ormond Beach, for $271,300. Built in 2018, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,695 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Glenn and Wanda Moore sold 10 Westland Run to Douglas and Cheryl Duncan, of Port Orange, for $265,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,874 square feet.

Tom and Krista Haritos sold 134 Forest Quest to Phillip and Carol Stacy, as trustees, for $255,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,272 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $155,000.

Anthony and Karen Dinelli, of Gainesville, sold 11 Canterbury Woods to Karen Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,303 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $109,000.

Kings Crossing

Maurizio and Paula Triani, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Lionshead Drive to Miguel and Myriam Cabrera, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,151 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $311,000.

Ormond Lakes

Charles and Arden Dewar, of Cumming, Georgia, sold 15 Deerskin Lane to Dayton and Michelle Cripe, of Ormond Beach, for $323,500. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,391 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Nicholas and Maria Cardaci, of Manorville, New York, sold 1005 Hampstead Lane to Peter and Shannon Lucarelli, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,332 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $491,310.

Jimmy and Linda Chumney, of Ormond Beach, sold 1279 Royal Pointe Lane to John and Gayle Lascari, of Shirley, New York, for $260,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,905 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $170,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Cynthia Boser, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 150 Heron Dunes Drive to Kenneth and Tara Manderville, of Ormond Beach, for $580,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,620 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $530,000.

Stephen Cortez, of Port Orange, sold 2045 John Anderson Drive to Thomas and Kibbe Durrance, of Ormond Beach, for $545,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,571 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $415,000.

Gary and Kelly Fordham sold 2409 John Anderson Drive to Eddie and Kimberley Smart, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,480 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $257,500.

William Cingolani and Carol Hague sold 10 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Michael Casella and Kathleen Benzing, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1978, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,506 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $98,500.

Bonnie Plumer, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 E. Sea Harbor Drive to Sarkis Desteoglu, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet.

Alexandria Remey, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Palmetto Drive to Dominick Altomare, of Howell, New Jersey, for $225,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces and 1,266 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $216,200.

Lanny and Carol Weimer, of Ormond Beach, sold 110 Lynnhurst Drive to Faramarz LLC, of New York, for $220,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,303 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $120,000.

Jane Carbone, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Starlight Drive to Travis Robinson and Alise Carroll, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,381 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $120,000.

John and Deborah Caines, of Osteen, sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2030, to James and Jameka Parks, of Lebanon, Tennessee, for $198,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.

Nova Business LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Brooks Drive to Larry Myers, of Denver, for $191,500. Built in 1951, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 788 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $55,000.
