A house in Spruce Creek Fly-In was the top selling residence for March 17-23 in Port Orange and South Daytona. Michael and Kathe O’Bryan, individually and as trustees, sold 2611 Spruce Creek Blvd. to Clifford Reeser, of Covington, Georgia, for $725,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, airplane hangar and 2,611 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $450,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

 

Amber Village

Patricia Graver sold 1051 Amber Circle to Joan Selser, of Brick, New Jersey, for $127,500. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 949 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $75,000.

 

Commonwealth

Edgar and Susan Yvonne, of Ontario, sold 5450 Wood St. to Ron Gillen and Wendy Gould, of Port Orange, for $87,000. Built in 1975, the mobile home has two bedrooms, one bath and 780 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $31,000.

 

Coquina Cove

Matthew and Rebecca Elam, and Michael Suah, of Ormond Beach, sold 1968 Cove Point Road to Randy Brown and Lisa Dondl for $214,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,400.

 

Gary and Sandra Gunkle, of Ormond Beach, sold 1934 Cove Point Road to Thomas and Marion Buco, of Port Orange, for $203,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,363 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $156,000.

 

Countryside

Donna Nedik, of Jacksonville, sold 4043 S. Waterbridge Circle to Robert and Jacquelyn Riggs, of Port Orange, for $320,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,554 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $275,000.

 

Wilbur and Linda Norris, and W. Rocky Norris, as trustee, sold 912 Ashmeade Court to Michael and Jill Baxter, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for $225,500. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,889 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $149,900.

 

Not in Subdivision

Judith Shubert and Sheila Abrams, of Port Orange, sold 1986 Shubert Lane to Double ZZ LLC, of St. Petersburg, for $235,000. Built in 1989, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,430 square feet.

 

Royal Palm

Edwin and Patricia Tyas, of Sayville, New York, sold 1407 Coconut Palm Circle to Floyd Martin for $206,500. Built in 2004, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet.

 

Sandlewood Estates

Thomas Gamache and Angela Gamache sold 1187 Stillwood Court to Caroline Dyer and Douglas Dyer, of Port Orange, for $195,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $114,500.

 

Sawgrass Point

Thomas and Mary Partridge, of Crawford, Tennessee, sold 5982 Sawgrass Point Drive to Ronald and Rhonda Schafer, of Port Orange, for $275,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,893 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $206,000.

 

Spruce Creek Fly-In

George and Grace Yost, of Port Orange, sold 2005 Steamboat Ridge Court to Maria Charry-Torres and Kenneth Torres, of Port Orange, for $310,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,755 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $117,900.

 

Spruce Creek Village

Michael Porter, of Port Orange, sold 433 Laurie Ave. to Francis Pierce Jr., of Oxford, Massachusetts, for $60,000. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 985 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $62,000.

 

Tomoka Farms

Derek Cunha sold 2041 Avocado Drive to Jimmey and Patsy Perkins, of Port Orange, for $444,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,629 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $189,000.

 

Vineyards

Kenneth and Debra Kagan sold 5477 Trakia Trail to Michael Overton, of Port Orange, for $317,500. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,013 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $365,000.

 

Wilbur-by-the-Sea

Tom Rapaport sold 3933 Cardinal Blvd. to Thomas Zack and Jeanne St. Pierre, of Columbus, Ohio, for $180,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,034 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $50,000.

 

SOUTH DAYTONA

 

Lawson Capital LLC sold 926 Carey Drive to Michelle Schrock, of South Daytona, for $289,900. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,616 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $170,000.

 

Whitestone487 Properties LLC sold 1743 Jacobs Road to Paul and Susanna Card, of South Daytona, for $198,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $118,000.

 

Coastal Partners Group Inc. sold 750 Millbrook Lane to Fredric and Linda Brinkley, of South Daytona, for $192,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,571 square feet.

 

River Fuller and James Hoobler, of Holly Hill, sold 809 New York Ave. to Brenden Smith, of South Daytona, for $125,000. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,203 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $65,800.

 

Larry and Carol Paduan, of South Daytona, sold 419 Banana Cay Drive, Unit F, to OSJ Property Group Inc., of Boca Raton, for $85,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 922 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $29,000.
