Burt Holdings LLC sold the former Security First headquarters, 140 S. Atlantic Ave., recently for $2.5 million, according to a press release from SVN Alliance Commercial Real Estate Advisors. The 26,682 square-foot office building sits on just under one acre. John W. Trost, Carl W. Lentz and Tim C. Davis, of SVN, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was a Canadian investor listed as 140 S Atlantic Ave Inc. Security First recently moved into the new facility in Ormond Crossings. Visit svnalliance.com.
