Four-bedroom house in Plantation Bay tops the list

A house in Plantation Bay was the top transaction for Oct. 14-20 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Michele Nowak, of Ormond Beach, sold 1233 Castlehawk Lane to Nilofaur Kargar and Andrew Lupoli, of Ormond Beach, for $750,000. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,955 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Stephen and Mary Gabrilove, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Moss Point Drive to Joshua and Andrea Rapkin, and Patricia DesJardins, of Ormond Beach, for $695,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,645 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $582,200.

Virginia Foust, of Ormond Beach, sold 308 Seminole Drive to Scott and Jocabel Hicks, of Ormond Beach, for $366,500. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,977 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $315,000.

Mae Stephens sold 278 River Vale Lane to Daniel Lundy and Aryana Downs, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,035 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $247,000.

Joshua and Sarah Bishop, of Ormond Beach, sold 825 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Michael and Stephanie Gonter, of Ormond Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1975, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $181,500.

Eric and Frances Baum, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Alanwood Drive to Bellrae Ashley and Sarah Ashley, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,646 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $139,900.

Francis Siana, of Enfield, Connecticut, sold 44 Ivanhoe Drive to Ralph and Julia Hite, and Matthew and Marianne Hite, of Daytona Beach, for $207,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,324 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $143,500.

Michael Porter, of Ormond Beach, sold 1709 Carolina Ave. to Bryan Bartlett, of Ormond Beach, for $157,500. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, one bath 989 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $77,000.

John and Anne Cotter, of New York, sold 548 S. Ridgewood Ave. to John and Kimberly Dodd, and Nicole Dodd, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1953, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,040 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $175,000.

Tamara Swoope, of Port Orange, sold 220 Lemon Tree Lane, Unit 220D, to Diane Bennici, of Ormond Beach, for $129,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $74,000.

Breakaway Trails

Trina Martin, of Port Orange, sold 7 Pleasantwood Way to Elghali Elakram and Kathryn Hogan, of Ormond Beach, for $680,000. Built in 1989, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,941 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $505,000.

Maxine and Donald Walton, of Greenville, South Carolina, sold 72 Circle Creek Way to Linda and Walter Cook, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,282 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $182,515.

Halifax Plantation

Michael and Patricia Secora, of Palm Coast, sold 3182 Connemara Drive to David and Grace Corfman, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,919 square feet.

Eugene and Beverly Schlecht, individually and as trustee, sold 3004 Glin Circle to Andrew and Margaret Zagorski, of Ormond Beach, for $218,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold 2007 for $240,000.

P. Sharon Miller and Lynn Cooksey Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 3506 Middlemore Lane to Edwin and Barbara Murphy, of Ormond Beach, for $204,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $197,000.

Catherine Morosco, individually and as trustee, sold 1118 Indigo Road to Jennifer Porter and Tristen Porter, of Ormond Beach, for $231,750. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,636 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $51,000.

The Trails

Lauren and Tyler Norcom sold 12 Stone Quarry Trail to Tammy Walker and Jill Ray, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,552 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $120,000.

Diane Hale, of Ormond Beach, sold 92 Hay Bale Trail to Larry Burlew, of Ormond Beach, for $169,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,527 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $127,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Penni Norris, of Eustis, sold 103 S. Ocean Aire Terrace to Janet and Timothy Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,579 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $158,000.

Sandra Walton, of Jefferson, Maine, sold 26 Ocean Crest Drive to John and Anna Ludy, of Ormond Beach, for $222,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,026 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $82,900.

Victor Tinucci III, of Naples, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3040, to Celeste Marien, of Ormond Beach, for $211,900. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. IT sold in 2000 for $88,000.

Debra Denman and Sarah Harrison, of Green Cove Springs, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 111, to Don Hamberger and Jenifer Clayton, of Ormond Beach, for $171,500. Built in 1994, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 876 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $86,000.

Patricia Majewski sold 51 Palmetto Drive to Lewis and Andrew Ames, of Palm Coast, for $170,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $85,000.

Iris Jones, of Bluemont, Virginia, sold 40 Ocean Shore Drive to Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $147,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $58,000.
