Four-bedroom house sells for $375,000

A beachside house was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 3-9 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Jay and Melissa Miller, of Daytona Beach, sold 76 Banyan Drive to Gregory and Donna Kapp, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,552 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $210,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Roy Spangler and Steven Spangler, of Daytona Beach, sold 116 Fairway Drive to Charles and Lindsay Davila, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,655 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $36,000.

Gary and Ilene Willwerth, of Ormond Beach, sold 113 S. Halifax Drive, Unit A, to Susan Vanyo, of Ormond Beach, for $242,500. Built in 1921, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,378 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $157,000.

Rebecca Rohmeyer and Nigel Smith sold 101 Pine Creek Trail to Raymond Cavallo, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,309 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $162,000.

Clayton Cowart, of Statesboro, Georgia, sold 1290 Buckeye Road to Vanessa Mesner for $157,500. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a swimming pool and 1,234 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $135,000.

Angela Rivera sold 32 Arbor Lake to Jordan Strickland and Raven Fernandez, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $55,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Ursula Janssen, of Pooler, Georgia, sold 2 Turkey Creek Pass to Steven Spiletic, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,811 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $128,900.

Tomoka Meadows

TM Rentals LLC, of South Daytona, sold 51 Tomoka Meadows Blvd.to 3D Luxury Properties LLC, of Flagler Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Gene and Elaine Bruno, individually and as trustees, sold 2860 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 508, to Edward and Ellen Jacoberger, of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, for $235,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $88,000.

Donald Morrell, of Sarasota, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 205, to Winnifred McQueen and LaRae Dosch, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,013 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $98,000.

Kenneth Lundquist, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Morning Star Ave. to Alexander Strautmann, of Ormond Beach, for $197,000. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,457 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $80,000.

Guy and Marianne Bizzoco, of Thousand Oaks, California, sold 13 Camellia Drive to Eric Corbett, and Andrew and Jennifer Corbett, of Billerica, Massachusetts, for $195,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 754 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $120,000.

Alberto and Marie Gan, individually and as trustees, sold 2220 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 207A, to Allan and Margaret Orr, of Deltona, for $195,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $105,000.

Joel and Jeffrey Darelius, individually and as trustees, sold 24 Seaview Drive to Virginia Farley, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet.
