A house in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Nov. 1-7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert and Dana Conner, of Ormond Beach, sold 4041 Acoma Drive to Walter Jacumin, Jr., and Erika Wade, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,171 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $270,000.
Malcolm and Angela McLeod, of Sarasota, sold 105 S. Ocean Aire Terrace to James Cameli, of Lake Villa, Illinois, for $354,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,088 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $116,000.
J. David Kerce, as representative, sold 199 Sandcastle Drive to Todd Sparmer, of Cleveland, Georgia, for $223,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,128 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $130,000.
Richard and Kathleen Mowbray, of Altamonte Springs, sold 79 Sounders Trail Circle to Robert and Patricia Guler, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,479 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $161,900.
Theresa Bearb and Ricky Yarbrough, of Cape Canaveral, sold 24 River Beach Drive to James Irvine, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,590 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $270,000.
Gerald Horton, Colleen Deemer, Maureen Wagner and Alice Forker, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Loyola Drive to Trent Shelby, of Ormond Beach, for $158,500. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,304 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.
Margaret Burns, of Ormond Beach, sold 188 Arborvue Trail to Elwin and Shellie Klayson, of Ormond Beach, for $157,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,553 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $125,675.

Fannie Mae Assoc., of Dallas, sold 271 S. Janice Lane to Waldemar Garcia Baez, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,473 square feet. It sold in June for $99,700.

Peter and Ellen Hartman, of Ormond Beach, sold 1319 Elli Circle to Edward and Ann Klebacha, of Ormond Beach, for $347,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,471 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $395,200.
Carl and Diane Morrow, of Daytona Beach, sold 132 Squirrel Lane to Barry and Nickey Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 4,009 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1217 Kilkenny Court to Michael and Suzanne Duff, of Ormond Beach, for $199,800. Built in 2015, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. No other sales were listed.
Leneen Bean, of Ormond Beach, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 906, to M&R Properties Inc., of Pittsburgh, for $369,900. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $159,000.
DB&C Venture of GA, LLC, of Cartersville, Georgia, sold 126 Ocean Grove Drive to Mark, Kally and Angela Weber, and Sean Kramer, of Ormond Beach, for $231,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,509 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $88,000.
