Four Seabreeze students to compete in statewide thespian competition

The competition will be held March 17-20 in Tampa.

A round of applause goes out to four Seabreeze High School students as they advance to the state level of competition for Florida Thespians. Walker Powell, Scarlett Moran, Raven Fernandez and Laken Giles qualified by receiving superior scores at the district level in October. They are in the drama program at Seabreeze under the direction of John Mirable.

The students will be judged on the following:

Scarlett Moran: playwriting
Raven Fernandez and Walker Powell: duet acting
Laken Giles: individual monologue
