A home on North Beach Street was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 18-24 in the Multiple Listing Service. Jeromie and Annette Allan sold 577 N. Beach St. to Aaron and Jeri Delgado, of Daytona Beach, for $1,875,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/5.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boathouse and 5,430 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $1,430,000. Ormond Beach

William and Ann-Marie Bethea, of Ormond Beach, sold 385 John Anderson Drive to Heather and Ryan Welch, of Ormond Beach, for $975,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,307 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $350,000.

Brent Rohol, of Ormond Beach, sold 341 Cumberland Ave. to Daniel and Yoselin Diaz, of Ormond Beach, for $442,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,426 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $280,000.

Christina Davis, of Ormond Beach, sold 221 Riverbend Road to Alvin Sayre Jr. and Karen Corum, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,856 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $242,500.

Roger Williams, of DeLand, and Michelene Williams, of Daytona Beach, sold 143 Ivanhoe Drive to Colleen Salway and Christine Heald, of Ormond Beach, for $399,900. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,187 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $165,000.

Richard Jack Daniels and Richard James Daniels sold 89 Chrysanthemum Drive to Allen Cowan and Vivian Lord, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $375,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,064 square feet.

Ryan and Emily Cobb, of Jacksonville, sold 38 Kenilworth Ave. to Sandra and Troy Hart, of Ormond Beach, for $359,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,134 square feet.

Craig and Josie Coulson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1111 Wandering Oaks Drive to Moshe Ozeri, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,308 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $257,000.

Maria Flores, of Orlando, sold 42 Pinehurst Circle to Lawrence Burgess, of Ormond Beach, for $192,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,165 square feet.

Alan and Deborah Ryan, of DeLand, sold 56 S. Center St. to Elaine Beaudoin, of Sanborn, New York, for $190,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,455 square feet.

Sandra Cecchini sold 1457 Carlow Circle to HPA III Acquisitions 1 LLC, of Chicago, for $270,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $200,000.

Dean and Erin Shaw, of Ormond Beach, sold 59 Sunny Shore Drive to Alan and Melanie Rasmussen, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 954 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $175,000.
