Golf course home sells for $439,000

A golf course home near the ocean topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 15-22, in Ormond Beach. Michelle Brown, of Ormond Beach, sold 398 Triton Road to Robert and Martha Boda, for $439,000. Built in 1961, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, two stories and 3,307 square feet of living area. It sold in 1979 for $83,330.

ORMOND BEACH

James and Marilyn Wolffbrandt, of Longwood, sold 225 Landmark CIrcle to Alan and Justine Florez, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built 1969, the cul-de-sac house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, and 2,447 square feet of living area. It sold in 1977 for $89,000.

John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Ocean Crest to Charles and Desmond Gannaway, of Ocala, for $198,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and 1,820 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $150,000.

Cindy Bourgeouis and Charles Tollios, of Ormond Beach, sold 952 Northbrook Drive to Jean Karen Dennis and Lisa Fusco, of Staten Island, N.Y., for $150,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,784 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $125,000.

Scott and Heather Wagner, of Volusia County, sold 371 Grove St. to Michael Thompson, of Ellington, Conn., for $148,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 993 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $93,500.

Richard, Robert, Randall and Robin Kach, of Madison, Conn., sold 63 Tropical Drive to Anthony Miceli, of Toronto, Ontario, for $107,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,255 square feet of living area. It sold in 1986 for $60,000.

Breakaway Trails

Gregory and Jane Pikula, of Orange City, sold 3 Slow Stream Way to Manh Van Nguyen, of Ormond Beach, for $194,200. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and 1,966 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $171,065.

Coquina Key

Soillenda LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 3716 Egret Dunes to James Kapasi and Idalla Sousa, of Quebec., for $342,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, a wooden deck and 2,532 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $620,000.

Fair Oaks Village

HSBC Bank USA, a trustee of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., sold 6 Fair Oaks Circle to William and Shirley Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $47,900. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $60,500.

Forest Hills

Donald Hadeed, of Ormond Beach, sold 386 Military Blvd. to Robert Shephard, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,360 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $205,000.

Halifax Plantation

Robert and Lois Fontana, of Ormond Beach, sold 3603 Mallow Drive to Conard and Judith Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and 2,328 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $36,350.

Virginia Walden, of Green Cove Springs, sold 3153 Kailani Court to Sherrill Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,684 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $161,500.

Oak Forest

Kathleen Mancuso and Gina Baker, of Volusia County, sold 5 Ironwood Court to Brendan Frey and Erin Glover-Frey, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,852 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $137,000.

Ormond Lakes

White Horse Farm LLC, of West Virginia, sold 20 Wild Cat Lane to Todd Weiss, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,019 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $231,250.

Ormond Terrace

Daniel and Carolyn Maroney, of Warwick, R.I., sold 600 Mcintosh Road to Matthew and Amber Riccaboni, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,445 square feet of living area. It sold in 1990 for $74,500.

Plantation Bay

Carl and Hellen Williams, on behalf of the Carl Williams Revocable Trust, of Pittsboro, N.C., sold 1222 Hampstead Lane to Adrienne Terranova, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,100 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $294,900.

Tomoka Meadows

Chris Connors, of Holly Hill, sold 18 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Ashley Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $58,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 738 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $48,000.

Roberta Spaulding, of Ormond Beach, sold 77 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to George and Ethel Setman, of Ormond Beach, for $57,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 738 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $55,000.
