Golf course home sells for $595,000

An home on a golf course topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Aug.4-10, in Ormond Beach. William and Brenda Houim, of Minot, N.D., sold 3529 Kilgallen Court to Etchel Neri, of Paterson, N.J., for $595,000. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and 4,450 square feet of living area. It sold last April for $700,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Kathy Ward, of Seattle, Wash., sold 190 N. Halifax Drive to Gudrun Brokoph, of Canton, N.Y., for $230,000. Built in 1959, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $209,000.

Mark and Susan Luksaik, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Woodsong Lane to Daniel Scheuren and Carrie Lombard, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1976, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,640 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $86,000.

Betty Gunn, of Ormond Beach, sold 678 Wellington Station, 55, to Kenneth Kirkpatrick, of Ormond Beach, for $57,000. Built in 1988, the house has one bed, one bath and 725 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $38,745.

Halifax Plantation

Donald and Sheri Cobb, of Ormond Beach, sold 4047 N. Chinook Lane to Ralph and Carol Hermance, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1991, the house has three beds, three baths, a pool and spa, and 2,857 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $275,000.

Oak Forest

Chris and Angela Worden, of Ormond Beach, sold 1406 Oak Forest Drive to Heath Pruett, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1979, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,902 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $170,000.

Pine Trails

Martha Lamb, of Murray, Ky., sold 16 Pine Trail Circle to Premnaraine and Shameeza Singh, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 2,017 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $210,000.

Southern Pines

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 62 Chrysanthemum Drive to Jerry and Toni Autry, of Ormond Beach, for $239,000. Built in 2013, the house has four beds, two baths and 2,728 square feet. The lot sold in 2005, as part of a multi-parcel deal, for $556,600.

Philip and Jo-Ann Carney, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Ardisia Circle to Thomas and Sally Greer, of Ormond Beach, for $226,000. Built in 2005, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 2,084 square feet. The lot sold in 2004 for $56,000.

Tomoka Oaks

John Anthony and Karen Britt, on behalf of the Estate of Sandra J. Ballard, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Pine Valley Circle to Christos and Elizabeth Georgiou, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1974, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,086 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $75,250.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Samir Baten, on behalf of the Samir Baten Revocable Trust, of Old Bridge, N.J., sold 30 Spanish Waters Drive to George and Diane Farinick, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1998, the house has three beds, three baths, a pool and 2,416 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $440,000.

Randall and Vicki Rosenberry, of Jacksonville, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd., 308, to Emmie Beck, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1984, the third-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $140,000.

Jacqueline Collins, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Brooks Drive to Colin and Donna Hines, of Plant City, for $144,900. Built in 1951, the house has four beds, two baths and 1,562 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $119,000.

PKCHA LLC, of Adamstown, Md., sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., 303, to Gary and Rebecca Casteel, of Morgantown, W.V., for $125,000. Built in 1991, the third-floor condo has two beds, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $150,000.

Hilda Mejias, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Azalea Drive to Zachary and Jessica Wooten, of Ormond Beach, for $118,000. Built in 1956, the house has two beds, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $114,000.

Ingrid Buxbuam, of Atlanta, Ga., sold 160 Holland Road to Michael Stephens, of Flagler Beach, for $117,900. Built in 1959, the house has two beds, one bath, a fireplace and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $83,000.

Richard Zalewski, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Beechwood Drive to Thomas French Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $108,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath and 955 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $87,000.
