Golf course home sells for $1.55 million

A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. Feb. 7-13 in the Multiple Listing Service. Morteza Hosseini-Kargar and Forough Hosseini, of Daytona Beach, sold 1116 Oxbridge Lane to Michael and Niloufar Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $1.55 million. Built in 2001, the house is a 6/7 and has a swimming pool and 8,893 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Charles Hsieh, of Pleasant Hill, California, sold 32 Twin River Drive to Andrew Hager, of Daytona Beach, for $338,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 1,721 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $182,000.

Mackenzie and Chelsea Dickson, of Ormond Beach, sold 293 Melrose Ave. to Troy Pultea, of Ormond Beach, for $274,900. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $220,000.

Christopher Whidden and Jason Whidden, of Glen Allen, Virginia, sold 25 Arrowhead Circle to Steve and Jessica Rodgerson, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $180,000.

Lynne and Matthew Gilley, of Ormond Beach, sold 26 Oakwood Park to Logan Perakis, of Ormond Beach, for $184,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse is a 3/2.5 and has 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $110,000.

Chelsea Place

Maree and Matthew Collins, of Ormond Beach, sold 413 Nottinghill St. to Todd and Shari Bentzel, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,427 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $393,000.

Halifax Plantation

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 1321 Bangor Drive to Paul Katsikos, as trustee, for $303,147.02. Built in 2021, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Ernestine Del Fiacco, of Ormond Beach, sold 81 Abacus Ave. to Joni Johnson and Billy Davidson, of Ormond Beach, for $343,660. Built in 2010, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,531 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $225,567.

Pine Trails

Arthur Connelly, of Brevard, North Carolina, sold 1 Dorado Beach Court to Frank and Brenda Owsianiak, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,005 square feet.

Plantation Pines

Lynette Good, of Ormond Beach, sold 143 Conifer Lane to Tricia Wensel and Mirza Hoeck, of Ormond Beach, for $350,550. Built in 1988, the house is a 5/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, barn and 1,941 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $200,000.

June Bigham, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Willow Oaks Trail to Christian and Jennifer Cannon, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 4/3 and has two fireplaces and 2,663 square feet.

Y&S Technologies Inc., of Brooklyn, sold 6 Rising Moon Trail to Lynn Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $218,500. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,064 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $212,000.

Tidewater

Flem and Cynthia Whited, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Tidewater Drive to Lonnie and Angela Mundell, of Ormond Beach, for $715,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 5/4.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 6,245 square feet.

Winding Woods

Paul and Jodi Rosen, of Minneola, sold 35 Marjorie Trail to Amy Piazza and George Hammerle, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,207 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $220,000.

Woodmere South

Eileen Wynne and Joseph Iaconis, of The Villages, sold 201 Kimberly Drive to Steven and Suzanne Oliver, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,587 square feet.

Carol Schade, individually and as trustee, sold 174 Coquina Key Drive to Douglas Berry, of Ormond Beach, for $700,700. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2.5 and has an elevator, swimming pool and 2,916 square feet.

Donna Stibbins, of Ormond Beach, sold 1282 John Anderson Drive to Lucky Duck Properties LLC, of Long Beach, California, for $559,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,842 square feet.

Patsy Shaft, of Newnan, Georgia, sold 18 Spanish Waters Drive to Alex Barrett, of Ormond Beach, for $489,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,048 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $258,000.

Doug and Catherine Fraser, as directors, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 805, to George Dobbs, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet.

Barbara Travis, of Casselberry, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4010, to Kelly Kivett, of Nixa, Missouri, for $300,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,121 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $215,000.

Fabio Silveira and Vanessa Marin-Silveira, of Las Vegas, sold 43 Seacrest Drive to Sandra Adcock, of Sarasota, for $238,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 2/1 and has 825 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000.

Deborah Pearlman and Karen Nelson, of Belle Isle, sold 28 Margaret Road to Amado and Colette Rodriguez, of Douglassville, Pennsylvania, for $170,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,036 square feet.
