Richard and Lois Loesch, of Ormond Beach, sold 294 River Vale Lane to George and Helen Gabriel, of Ormond Beach, for $780,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 4,141 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $513,000.

Shawn Abbatessa sold 20 Acanthus Circle to Francesco Terranova Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,502 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $249,900.
