A home in the Halifax Plantation subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Feb. 17-24, in Ormond Beach. Wayne and Doris Deswert, of Westport, N.Y., sold 1320 Antrim Circle to John and Sherri Zurek, of Orlando, for $215,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,168 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $240,000.

Harry Beatrice Albee, on behalf of the Albee Joint Revocable Living Trust, of Holly Hill, sold 17 Cypress View Trail to Henry and Emily Carole, of Ormond Beach, for $154,900. Built in 1988, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,708 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $120,000.
Marilynn Knowles, on behalf of the Ott Family Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 837 Lindenwood Circle to Shon Mac’Dughlas and Dedria Pope, of Ormond Beach, for $123,000. Built in 1975, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,619 square feet. The lot sold in 1975 for $43,900.
Mathew and Lisa Petit, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Charleston Square to Michael Garner for $95,000. Built in 1985, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,404 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.
Carol and Steven Burnside, of Ormond Beach, sold 715 Fleming Ave. to Martha and Elizabeth Fridinger, on behalf of the Oreste J. Nardone Revocable Trust, of West Roxbury, Mass., for $90,000. Built in 1984, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,235 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $70,000.

Bernard and Louise Regan, of Ormond Beach, sold 75 Creek Bluff Way to Brian Bonley, of El Centro, Calif., for $189,000. Built in 1996, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,620 square feet. The lot sold in 1996 for $20,000.

Arthur Plante, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Park Place to Paul and Theresa Nachtigal, of Ormond Beach, for $57,250. Built in 1981, the house has two beds, two baths and 898 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $68,500.
Tomoka Oaks
Amanda Nixon, of Ormond Beach, sold 37 Pine Valley Circle to Nicholas Regan and Cydney Kamboltz, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1964, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,452 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $178,000.

Christine Becker, of Ormond Beach, sold 254 Timberline Trail to Paul and Theresa Nachtigal, of Ormond Beach, for $64,000. Built in 1980, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $53,400.

Brenda Kay, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Sea Island Drive to Rebecca Stravinksky, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1981, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,504 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $155,000.
James and Melissa Farley, of Ormond by the Sea, sold 7 Sea Turtle Terrace to Margret Stephenson, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1980, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $130,000.
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, of Carrollton, Texas, sold 43 Ocean Crest Drive to the Loren and Marlyn Vistaunet Revocable Living Trust, of Ormond Beach, for $148,100. Built in 1966, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,336 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $79,000.
