Four pets, including three that have appeared in previous editions, have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first is Clarke, a 2-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a brown coat. He will do better in a household where he is the only pet. He has been at the Halifax Humane Society since Jan. 8, and his adoption fee costs $70. Meet and greet required.

The second is Aero,  a 4-year-old domestic shorthair cat with a buff coat. He lost his eye some time ago, but it has not affected him whatsoever. He is a spunky and playful cat, with a cuddly side. However, he loves to cuddle on the toilet.  He is also great with dogs and wrestles with his foster family's pitbull. He has been with the Halifax Humane Society since Feb. 28, and his adoption fee costs $50.

The third is Dave, an 8-year-old terrier mix with a brown and tan coat. He is naturally playful, curious and trusting. He has been with the Halifax Humane Society since Feb. 25, and his adoption fee costs $35.

Last but not least is is Sophia, a 3-year-old American bulldog mix with a white coat. She dressed up as an octopus for Halloween and didn't want to take the costume off. Adopt her and let her brighten your life forever. She has been with the Halifax Humane Society since Sept. 18, and her adoption fee costs $70.
