As Volusia County remains under a stay-at-home order due to COVID-19, the Halifax Humane Society is seeking foster parents for the pets that remain at the shelter.

Here are the highlighted Foster Pets for the Week:

The first is Rye, a 5-year-old Treeing Tennessee Brindle with a black and brown coat. He has been with the Halifax Humane Society since March 10.

The second is Scooby, a 7-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a brown coat. He came to Halifax Humane Society as an owner surrender in early April. Though he can be a bit shy at first, he's a playful dog. He will do fine in a household with other large dogs, but is not a good fit for a household with a smaller dog or cat.
