Halifax Humane Society's Pets of the Week for Dec. 8

Meet Smush Smush, Lucky, Jar Jar and Marti.

Three dogs and one cat have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first dog is Lucky, a 1-year-old Argentine dogo mix with a white and black coat. His adoption fee is $50.

The second is Jar Jar, a 2-year-old terrier and pit bull mix with a brown coat. He would do best in a household with no small children. His adoption fee is $50.

The third is Smush Smush, a 4-year-old terrier and American Staffordshire mix with a tan and white coat. His adoption fee is $50.

Last but not least is Marti, a 2-year-old domestic shorthair cat with a brown and white coat. His adoption fee is $25.

The Halifax Humane Society's adoption lobby, located at 2364 LPGA Blvd., is open to the public daily from noon to 6 p.m. Admissions are accepted daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are not required but encouraged if you are not feeling well or may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. To adopt, contact [email protected] or call 274-4703.
