Two dogs and two cats have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first dog is Capone, a 9-year-old retriever mix with a rust-colored coat. His adoption fee is $35, and he's located at the Halifax Humane Society.

The second is Cooper, a 7-year-old Labrador retriever and hound mix with a black coat. His adoption fee is $35, and he's located at the Halifax Humane Society.

The first cat is Simba, a 5-year-old domestic shorthair with an orange coat. He likes to play and investigate his surroundings, and is often referred to as "adorable," according to the Halifax Humane Society. His adoption fee is $50, and he's located at the PetSmart on International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach.

The second is Savvy, a 2-year-old domestic shorthair with a beige and brown coat. She has an energetic personality and will likely find places to sleep or just sit and watch over her new home. Her adoption fee is $50, and she's located at the Pet Supermarket in Ormond Beach.

The Halifax Humane Society, located at 2364 LPGA Blvd., is open to the public during regular business hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are required.
