Halifax Humane Society's Pets of the Week for Sept. 22

Three dogs and one cat have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first dog is Simba, a 6-year-old Rottweiler mix with a black and tan coat. He would do best in a household with no small children. His adoption fee is $150.

The second is Shyra, an 8-year-old mixed breed dog with a tan coat. She would do best in a household with no cats. Her adoption fee has been waived.

The third is Charlie, a 7-year-old Australian shepherd mix with a brown and white coat. Call for adoption fee.

Last but not least is Maddie, a 12-year-old domestic shorthair cat with a tan and black tabby coat. Call for adoption fee.

The Halifax Humane Society's adoption lobby, located at 2364 LPGA Blvd., is open to the public daily from noon to 6 p.m. Admissions are accepted daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are not required but encouraged if you are not feeling well or may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. To adopt, contact [email protected] or call 274-4703.
