A house in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 3-9. Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3029 Silvermines Ave. to Dennis and Eva Maria Breslin, of Ormond Beach, for $555,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,629 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Ricky Ellis sold 541 Riverside Drive to Jimmy Chalk, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1926, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,860 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $158,500.

Gregory Galley, individually and as trustee, sold 585 John Anderson Drive to Robert and Kristyn Tupper, of Brea, California, for $329,250. Built in 1965, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,473 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $101,000.

Walter Macaulay, of Clermont, sold 17 Prairieview Lane to Adam Begin and Jamie Graham, of Ormond Beach, for $286,150. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a half-bath and 2,638 square feet.

Erica and Jonathan Parker, of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, sold 31 Riverwood Drive to Robert and Becky Navidomskis, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $260,000.

Julie Luxon, of Plant City, sold 1267 Scottsdale Drive to Sean Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $160,000.

Shannon King, of Stafford, Virginia, sold 22 Silver Fox Trail to Albert and Martha Mross, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,061 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $130,500.

James and Charlene Watson, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 Rosewood Ave. to Matthew Kostecky and Selina Schottler, of Ormond Beach, for $203,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,465 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000.

Neil and Mickie Thompson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1793 Cherry Laurel Drive to Elvin Flores and Digna Martinez, of Holly Hill, for $192,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,634 square feet.

Nancie Acevedo, of Daytona Beach, sold 1033 Calle Grande St. to Daniel and Kimberly Phipps, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,324 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $84,900.

Jennifer Tew, Amanda Ryan and Stephanie Bohorquez, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Mainsail Circle to George Strembel, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,157 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $78,000.

Thomas and Janet Lontkowski, of Ocala, sold 140 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to Patricia Spiro, of Ormond Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath ad 675 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $149,700.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 220 Coquina Ave. to Don and Jennifer Calton, of Port Orange, for $102,204. Built in 1956, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,076 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $30,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Liesi Reeves, of Winter Garden, sold 15 Dormer Drive to Kimberly Fay, of Ormond Beach, for $272,500. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,207 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $210,535.

Oak Forest

Robert Schornstein, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Eileen Terrace to Patrick and Sonja Obrien, of Ormond Beach, for $180,500. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $85,900.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Kent Stuckey, of Westerville, Ohio, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 801, to Alan Roberts and Karen League, of Arlington, Texas, for $500,000. Built in 1974, the condo has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,624 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $835,000.

Randi Olsen, of Port Orange, sold 115 Pierside Drive to Gregory Evans, of Ormond Beach, for $228,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $200,000.
