A house in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Feb. 2-8 in the Multiple Listing Service. Edwin and Nicole Bice, of St. Augustine, sold 3528 Kilgallen Court to Edward Marklow, as trustee, for $565,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,219 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $500,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Marcus and Rachel Tripp, of Pleasanton, Texas, sold 3 Archangel Circle to Lois Fennelly, as trustee, for $402,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,028 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $375,000.
John and Karen Lewis, of Inverness, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 5080, to Elizabeth Ramirez, of Winter Haven, for $350,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,082 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $260,000.
Andrew D’Anna and Kristy Patterson, of Perryville, Maryland, sold 308 N. Halifax Drive to Douglas Leek, of Ormond Beach, for $345,280. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,732 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $245,000.
Mark and Suzanne Crepeau sold 7 Riverwood Drive to Antoine Ross, of Springfield, Virginia, for $301,500. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,641 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $337,000.
U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as trustee, sold 33 Ocean Pines Drive to Patricia Bemis and Ronald Brynteson, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,035 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $186,700.
Sara Maitland and Jacqueline Plonka, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Aaron Circle to Brendan Doran, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $161,500.
Brandon Kania and Brenna Boyd sold 17 Alamanda Drive to Todd and Lynne Hubbard, of Chiefland, for $155,000. Built in 1952, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $140,000.
Halifax Plantation
Gertrude Nelson and Francis Nelson sold 1409 Carlow Circle to John and Alice Sampson, of Knox, Pennsylvania, for $220,000. Built in 2006, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.
Plantation Bay
Richard and Diane Meisenheimer, of Ormond Beach, sold 440 Long Cove Road to John and Kelly Murtagh, of Hickory, North Carolina, for $340,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $166,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Donald Griffith, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 2860 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4080, to Teresa Robinson, of Ormond Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $82,000.
Barbara Hack, as trustee, sold 12 Beechwood Drive to Nancy and John Lopes, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 700 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $180,000.
Samuel and Patricia Huddleston, individually and as trustees, sold 1167 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 80, to Calmark Capital Ventures LLC, of DeLand, for $159,900. Built in 1971, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 450 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $80,000.
