Neiman Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 1268 Killarney Drive to F. Thomas and Patrice Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $313,000. Built in 1999, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a spa and 2,581 square feet of living area. The lot sold in 1999 for $48,350.

James Mitchell and John Anglea, of Ormond Beach, sold 151 Ellicott Drive to Shea Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $232,500. Built in 1963, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,845 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $110,000.
Kathryn Catron, of St. Augustine, sold 8 Pheasant Lane to Janis Copeland, of Ormond Beach, for $215,500. Built in 1988, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and spa, and 2,196 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $264,000.
Andrea and Rodrigo Guillen, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Standish Drive to India Pugel, of Beavercreek, Ohio, for $207,500. Built in 1979, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,838 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $74,900.
Regions Bank, of Hattiesburg, Miss., sold 597 St. Andrews St. to John and Elizabeth Barger, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1963, the house has four beds, two baths and 1,406 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $159,100.
Yvonne Tabet, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Park Place to Michael and Patricia Munyon, of Tulsa, Okla., for $69,000. Built in 1983, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,021 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $68,500.

Dale and Anne-Marie Edwards, of Ormond Beach, sold 3967 Chinook Lane to John Snell, of Lake Mary, for $269,000. Built in 1989, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and spa, and 2,309 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $147,000.

Cristina Favis and Mary Wallis, on behalf of the Mary Wallis Living Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 52 Pine Valley Circle to Luke and Linda Rock, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1964, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,832 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $66,500.

Rosemary Strembel, of Ormond Beach, sold 2380 Baja Trail to Megan Corbett and Daniel Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $279,000. Built in 1998, the house three beds, two baths, a pool and 2,527 square feet. The lot sold in 1996 for $40,000.
Mate Mundy, of Griffin, Ga., sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., 106, to Karen Metcalf, of Debary, for $245,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $157,000.
Robert and Sharon Baldanza, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, 301, to James Mitchell and John Anglea, of Ormond Beach, for $241,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three beds, three and a half baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $214,000.
Anthony and Andrea Tizzano, of St. Augustine, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., 207B, to Robert and Tina Morrell, of Altamonte Springs, for $167,500. Built in 1987, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold last year for $147,900.
