A house in Halifax Plantation on the golf course topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Nov. 3-9 in Ormond Beach. H. Maxey and Autumn C. Ireland, of Ormond Beach, sold 1205 Kirkpatrick Circle to Robert A. and Barbara J. Alberico, of Ormond Beach, for $509,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a solar-heated swimming pool and 3,643 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $115,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Thomas J. and Michelle D. Leek, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Indian Springs Circle to Christina and Anthony Schimenti, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 2003, the house has six bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace and 4,666 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $525,000.

Jerry A. Bruno, of Kissimmee, sold 676 Riverside Drive to Daniel Myara and Rosita Karlsson, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, a boat dock and 1,605 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Karl and Cynthia R. Pond, of Ormond Beach, sold 228 Royal Dunes to Thomas and Michelle Leek, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,762 square feet. It sold in September for $259,000

Helen G. Francis, individually and as trustee of the Peter L. Francis and Helen G. Francis Revocable Living Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 1104 Northside Drive to Thomas A. and Roberta L. Zarske, of Roanoke, Va., for $205,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,245 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Michael and Lisa R. McGilvary, of Boca Raton, sold 4 Break Crest Way to Roy L. and Linda K. Cooper, of Miami, for $385,500. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 2,702 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $465,000

Halifax Plantation

Fannie Mae sold 3140 Kailani Court to Martina M. Wizi, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $145,000.

Hunters Ridge

Vadim Y. Kuperman and Leslie M. Lubich, of Tampa, sold 39 Cambridge Trace to Lynn and William Rossmeyer, of Ormond Beach, for $389,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,152 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $490,000.

Alexander S. and Katherine M. Dombi, of Ormond Beach, sold 66 Levee Lane to 1113 Property Florida LP, of Tampa, for $180,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,101 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $171,000.

Audrey A. Cunsolo, individually and as successor trustee of Leonore A. Downick Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Lonetree Look to Donald M. Pittsley and Margaret Helen Cassino, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,869 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Marion Florence Schindler, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 San Jose Circle to Anthony and Andrea Marie Tizzano, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 1,370 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $52,000.

Andrea S. Stevens, individually and as trustee of the Andrea S. Stevens Revocable Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 2220 Ocean Shore Blvd., No. 502A, to John P. and Deborah E. Mayer, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 2009, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
