A house in Halifax Plantation sold for $466,000 during the week of Oct. 27 to Nov. 2. Steven and Karen Andrews, of Ormond Beach, sold 1452 Kinnard Circle to Joseph and Cheryl Miles, of Ormond Beach, for $466,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,778 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Ronald Rasmussen and Denise Livingston, of Treasure Island, sold 388 Muddy Creek Lane to Samantha SteClaire, of Ormond Beach, for $349,900. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,217 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $340,000.
Sheri and Eddie Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 104 Grey Dapple Way to Carol Rad, of Ormond Beach, for $271,900. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,132 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $235,000.
Katherine Nelson and Michael Mulholland, of Crossville, Tennessee, sold 615 Santa Fe Ave.to Bobby and Cynthia Harrell, of Ormond Beach, for $261,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,455 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $161,000.
Therese Anderson, Kurt Ensell, Karen Ensell, Jeannine Medlock and Margaret Ensell sold 320 Tulip Tree Lane to Jessica and Ryan Dennis, of Ormond Beach, for $220,500. Built in 1969, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet.
James and Karen Graham, Adam Begin, and Jamie Graham, of Ormond Beach, sold 236 Ashford Court to Henry DiStefano, Janet DiStefano-Greenbaugh, Donna DiStefano and Henri DeStefano, of Ormond Beach, for $162,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,337 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $115,500.

Gil Yedid, of Davie, sold 43 Forest View Way to Guy Chanda and Jamile Torres, as trustees, for $248,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces and 2,688 square feet.
Halifax Plantation
Richard and Melanie McCabe sold 3633 Christa Court to Jarvis and Elizabeth Guinn, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,297 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $310,000.
The Trails
Michael and Valerie Link, of Ormond Beach, sold 115 Shady Branch Trail to James Carey and Randolph Felix, of Ormond Beach, for $360,500. Built in 1981, the house has six bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces and 3,700 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $366,360.
George Setman sold 21 Autumnwood Trail to James Englehardt and Susan Thompson, of Cape Coral, for $194,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $116,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Marie Connell sold 9 Sunny Beach Drive to Jeff and Lee Tinker, as trustees, for $290,000. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,770 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $304,000.
Linda Weaver sold 1482 John Anderson Drive to Anthony and Roberta Durand, of Ormond Beach, for $279,000. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,715 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $212,000.
Muriel Adams and Donna Strano, of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, sold 10 Sunny Beach Drive to Dea Wilkins, of Ormond Beach, for $256,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,621 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $86,500.
James and Sophie Farrell, of Bloomfield, New Jersey, sold 23 Island Cay Drive to Arthur Vaulk and Arthur Vaulk II, of Canton, Georgia, for $262,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $125,000.
Louis Vigliotti, of Ormond Beach, sold 138 Roberta Road to Alice Guan, of Oviedo, for $150,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,177 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $60,000.
