A house in Halifax Plantation was the top real estate transaction for July 8-14 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Jan, Elisabeth and Jack Dykstra, individually and as trustees, sold 1206 Kaleen Drive to John and Denise Whitsitt, of Daytona Beach, for $415,000. Built in 2001, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,917 square feet.
Correction: The correct house was listed, but the wrong house was pictured, as the top real estate transaction in last week’s Ormond Beach Observer.

Blue Skies RealEstate LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 131 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Colby Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, 2. 5 baths and 1,780 square feet.
Erwin Berman, of Roswell, Georgia, sold 185 Buckskin Lane to Scott and Brenda Coburn, of Ormond Beach, for $364,900. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,715 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $33,500.
Mary Gregory, of Williamsfield, Ohio, sold 12 Bayberry Drive to Steve Chokrevski and Jennifer Williams-Chokrevski, of Ormond Beach, for $344,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, 2.6 baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 2,109 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $165,000.
Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Monte Savino Blvd. to Eleanor and David Landry, of Ormond Beach, for $337,900. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet.
Reghan Taylor, of Ormond Beach, Rebecca Mello, of Tallahassee and Robert Sullivan, of Cotuit, Massachusetts, sold 74 Vining Court, Unit C, to Phillip Brennan II, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,511 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $210,000.
Betty Porto and Barbara Holbert, individually and as trustees, sold 232 N. Tymber Creek Road to Tami Salame, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,705 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $72,000.
John and Jennifer Hawryluk, of Ormond Beach, sold 1733 Evergreen St. to Thamer and Carolyn Calhoun, of Kenova, West Virginia, for $199,900. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,569 square feet.
William Miller III, of Ormond Beach, sold 1290 Scottsdale Drive to Steven Long, of Ormond Beach, for $152,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 870 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $157,500.
Reba Wade, of Ormond Beach, sold 210 Lemon Tree Lane, Unit 210H, to Keith Pratt, of Flagler Beach, for $137,500. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,262 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $65,000.
John Bidwell, of Tallahassee, sold 65 Seton Trail, Unit 70, to Zachary and Alyssa Cordell, of Ormond Beach, for $115,500. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $95,000.

Stephen Trivett sold 59 Shadow Creek Way to Daniel and Kay Florio, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2. 5 baths, a fireplace and 3,227 square feet. It sold 2013 for $300,000.
Halifax Plantation
Sharon Dranow, individually and as trustee, sold 3105 Inishmore Drive to William Wallack and Cheryl DePietro-Wallack, of Peabody, Massachusetts, for $220,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,205 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $238,000.
Hidden Hills
Marilyn Lavelle, of Cana, Virginia, sold 176 Heritage Circle to Matthew and Deborah Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,750 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $158,500.
Oak Forest
Alan and Sandra Moser, individually and as trustees, sold 1409 N. Beach St. to G. Michael and Stacia Pilcher, of Ormond Beach, for $311,409. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,686 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,200.
Ormond Lakes
Eric Sloan, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Cotton Mill Court to Jessica Otero and Louis Costanzo, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 2000, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,801 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $290,000.
Steve Reding sold 15 Old Creek Circle to Michael and Mary Peterson, of Ormond Beach, for $217,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,718 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $145,000.
Plantation Bay
Daniel and Arline Burke, of Las Vegas, sold 1249 Hampstead Lane to Marissa Picucci and Timothy Bebout, of Flemington, New Jersey, for $285,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,954 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $225,000.
Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 723 Aldenham Lane to Patricka and Mark Kitzmiller, of Ormond Beach, for $245,570. Built in 2017, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet.

Starr Real Estate LLC sold 53 S. St. Andrews Drive to William and Erica Kirk, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1966, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,876 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $218,000.
Trails North Forty
Charles and Kathleen Dodd, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 Deer Lake Circle to Joseph Prince, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,722 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $105,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Gerard and Katarzyna Krallinger, of Daytona Beach, sold 33 Silk Oaks Drive to Peter and Danielle Lovell, of Ormond Beach, for $359,000. Built in 1962, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,508 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $238,500.
Mary Kroczynski, of Lake Mary, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 103, to Thomas Fenske, of Ormond Beach, for $186,000. Built in 1974, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 900 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $189,000.
Matthew Harrell, of Clermont, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 32, to Jessica Keidong and Louis Sosa, of Ormond Beach, for $134,900. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $50,000.
