Robert W. Scheld, individually and as trustee of the Scheld Family Trust, of Volusia County, sold 658 John Anderson Drive to Julie Schneider, of Ormond Beach, for $930,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, boat dock, boat lift, three-car garage and 3,202 square feet of living area. This was the first qualified sale.

James W. and Diane M. Larsen, of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Village Drive to Matthew Woellert, of Ormond Beach, for $218,900. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $125,900.
Bertha M. Lopez, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Dianne Drive to Michael and Amy Osborne, of Ormond Beach, for $214,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,043 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
Bradley J. and Bonnie S. Myers, of Ormond Beach, sold 112 Ocean Terrace to Danna Lee Grimm, of Ormond Beach, for $173,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet. It sold in March for $45,000.
John and Michelle Case, of Ormond Beach, sold 62 Saddlers Run to Ronald A. Mille, of Hammonton, N.J, for $170,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $218,000.
St. James Episcopal Church, of Ormond Beach, sold 64 S. Halifax Drive to Burt Holdings LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $159,900. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,410 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
Karen Lee Satterfield and Karen Lee Hofmann, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Parkview Lane to Jean W. Alexander, of Ormond Beach, for $143,500. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,559 square feet. It sold in May for $91,429.
Mark Oslizlo and Stephen H. Gabrilove, individually and as trustees of the May 24 No. 1 Land Trust, sold 710 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Willhelm Amstutz, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,362 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

David Mattson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1268 Royal Road to Helen and Timothy Francis, of Ormond Beach, for $109.000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,362 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $58,000.

Ida and Bo Hawryluk, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Foxhunter Flat to Bradford L. and Holly S. Sims, of Ormond Beach, for $410,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 3,014 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $54,000.
Shamrock-Shamrock Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 78 Westland Run to Stephen and Carol Barber, of Ormond Beach, for $189,900. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,166 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $107,000.

Mark and Laurel Baker, of Ormond Beach, sold 327 Groover Creek to Thendrex H Estrella, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,738 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $300,000, in a multiparcel sale.

The Cloryne D. Algae Family Limited Partnership, of Ormond Beach, sold 61 Tropical Drive to Robert Alan Steffes, of Gilroy, Calif., for $92,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,008 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
