A house in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Dec. 12-18 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Jolinda Tracy, of Powell, Ohio, sold 90 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Steven and Linda Leibowitz, of Palm Coast, for $900.000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, elevator and 4,306 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,795,000. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.
