A home in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 4-10 in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert Ledbetter and Dylan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 2684 John Anderson Drive to Jon and Kelly Degraaf, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, for $999,900. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boathouse and 2,530 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $765,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Patricia Brandt and Robert Raugh sold 2916 Anchor Drive to Tiffany Browning, of Ormond Beach, for $510,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,874 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $315,000.

Spencer and Christine Phelps, of Winter Park, sold 176 Ocean Terrace to Anthony Lombardo, of Solana Beach, California, for $457,300. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,617 square feet.

Jeremy and Caitlin Reidenberg, of Ormond Beach, sold 290 Greenwood Circle to John and Janey O’Dacre, of Ormond Beach, for $399,900. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,518 square feet.

Joshua and Bethany Peacock, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 TraceWays Court to David Tucker, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,150 square feet.

Kenneth Davis, individually and as trustee, sold 243 N. Wedgewood Circle to Karmen Bleich, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,661 square feet.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 205, to Barbara Laucks, of Ormond Beach, for $309,900. Built in 2020, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,256 square feet.

Patrick and Emily Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 N. Capri Drive to Mark Mallwitz, of Ormond Beach, for $269,900. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,375 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $132,000.

Abigail Marais, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Fair Oaks Circle to Alicia Wells, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,230 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $110,000.

David Blasko sold 335 Endora St. to Jeffrey Livingston, of Ormond Beach, for $67,000. Built in 1966, the manufactured home is a 2/1.5 and has 684 square feet.

Triple T Resources LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1101 Avenue F to Nina Myerson, of Ormond Beach, for $56,000. Built in 1973, the manufactured home is a 2/1 and has an outbuilding and 732 square feet.

Breakaway Trails

Kevin and Rochelle Wilson sold 15 Deep Woods Way to John and Christina DeLage, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,561 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $305,000.

Broadwater

Rolf and Denise Mattar, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Broadwater Drive to Emily and Carlos Mesina, of Ormond Beach, for $675,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,821 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $355,000.

Halifax Plantation

Thomas Beach and Johnna Babiarz, individually and as trustees, sold 3104 Acoma Drive to Kit and Anita Harrell, of Ormond Beach, for $624,900. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,621 square feet.

Michael Durand, of Ormond Beach, sold 1176 Athlone Way to Zaw Myint and Khin Kyaw, of Ormond Beach, for $299,500. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,957 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $240,000.

Hidden Hills

Jena and Kyle Peruche, of Daytona Beach, sold 95 Hidden Hills Drive to Yitshak and Sara Farkash, of Brooklyn, for $327,500. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $143,000.

Austin and Diane Harrell, of Daytona Beach, sold 125 Hidden Hills Drive to Allan and Dawn Stewart, of Forrest, Virginia, for $299,900. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,632 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $198,000.

Oak Forest

Michael Bernshteyn and Isabella Ryabaya, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Willow Court to Mannela and Jose Martinez, of Springfield, New Jersey, for $450,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,544 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $255,000.

Shonda and John Adkins, of Erwin, Tennessee, sold 781 Aldenham Lane to SeaMac Consulting LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $316,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet.

Thomas and Catherine Bell, of St. Louis, Missouri, sold 1 River Ridge Trail to Jeff Hagen and Danielle Swindler-Hagen, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,358 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $294,000.

Tomoka Estates

Carl and Carolyn Nosser, of Sheldon, Wisconsin, sold 1148 Roberts St. to John and Alison Chambers, of Ormond Beach, for $146,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,145 square feet.

Tomoka Meadows

Christopher Heale, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Amanda Schubert, of Ormond Beach, for $172,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $94,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Kimberlee Wright and Todd Kuhn sold 7 Sea Hawk Drive to OB FL Vacation LLC, of Sanford, for $480,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,614 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $259,200.

Darlene Shannon sold 3 Sandra Drive to Andrew and Linda LaRocca, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,228 square feet.

Common Wealth Trust Services LLC, as trustee, sold 50 Poinsettia Drive to Matthew Valdez and Tara Gallahan, of Stafford, Virginia, for $308,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 880 square feet.

Kristin Plambeck, individually and as representative, sold 21 Maria Street to Anthony Hernandez, of Groveland, for $192,900. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/1 and has 775 square feet.
