Home on river sells for $550,000

A brick house on the Halifax River topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions for Nov. 24 to Dec. 7. Quentin and Jean Pearson, of Spanish Springs, Nev., sold 766 Riverside Drive to Gerald Lampe and John Rutledge, of Manassas, Va., for $550,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, three-car garage, circular driveway and 2,647 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $126,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Julie A. Askew, of Ormond Beach, sold 335 Warwick Ave. to Robert J. Delahanty, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $134,900.

Gillian Ashley Burnes, of Gardiner, Maine, sold 10 Woodgate Court to Randall Brian Syfert, of Ormond Beach, for $149,900. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,012 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $87,500.

Benjamin E. Holladay, of Daytona Beach, sold 40 Sunset Blvd. to Benjamin and Abigail Holladay, of Holly Hill, for $145,000. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $75,000.

Eleni Dimitra Despoti, of New Port Ritchey, sold 5 Mainsail Circle to Barbara E. Fessel, of Jeffersonville, Ind., for $140,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,444 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Scott Wright & Co. LLC, of Flagler Beach, sold 27 Fairview Ave. to Ruth E. Kruger and Eliessa F. Hall, of Ormond Beach, for $121,900. Built in 1924, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 890 square feet. It sold in 2004 for 1985.

The Bank of New York Mellon, of Richardson, Texas, sold 148 Seminole Drive to Adam Grenier, of Ormond Beach, for $92,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces and 2,451 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $198,500.

Breakaway Trails

Bryan and Donna Macleod, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 Black Hickory Way to Bryce and Karen Carson, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,113 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $431,900.

Halifax Plantation

Dean and Susan McKenney, of Ormond Beach, sold 3621 Galway Lane to William and Janice Glennie, of Ormond Beach, for $287,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,064 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $38,350.

Clare Bloxham, of Yucaipa, Calif., sold 4041 Campa Lane to Philip and Hilary Everett, of Ormond Beach, for $224,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,399 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $250,000.

Hunters Ridge

KB Home Gold Coast LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 31 Abacus Ave. to Ivy Phan and Tri Ho, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,672 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Ormond Lakes

Kiro and Neda Atanasoska, of Stanhope, N.J., sold 1 Lakebluff Drive to Nicholas and Valerie Salvato, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,119 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $237,343.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Reginald and Sandra Phillips, of Ormond Beach, sold 3400 Ocean Shore Boulevard, Unit 1, to Robert and Myra Juhasz Dragonette, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,821 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $166,500.

Erin and Randall L. Davis, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Standish Drive to Tracy Lewandowski, of Ormond Beach, for $193,117. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $130,000.

James Moore and Xiao Moore, of Winchester, Ky., sold 2390 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 203, to John R. Duckworth, of Ocklawaha, for $145,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 936 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $176,500.

Bruce Remsburg, of Ormond Beach, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 101, to Pamela B. Richardson, of Ormond Beach, for $126,900. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,025 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $260,000.

Regions Bank, of Hattiesburg, Miss., sold 1703 John Anderson Drive to Tammy R. Yeatman, of Ormond Beach, for $101,100. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,708 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.
