A within steps of the ocean was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of June 5 to June 11 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Rita Haines and others sold 779 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Hollan Pugh, of Ormond Beach, for $885,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,766 square feet.

Ormond Beach

Samuel Merrill, Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 158 Riverside Drive to Dinesh Arab and Divya Pingle, of Ormond Beach, for $618,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,410 square feet.

Eric and Wendy VanWinter, of Ponce Inlet, sold 32 Allenwood Look to Dr. Antony Denard, Jr., and Rosanne Leger, of Ormond Beach, for $505,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 4,335 square feet.

Tyl Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Melrose Ave. to Edward and Shelley Bobinski, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,907 square feet.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave. to James and Janet Kreutzjans, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,854 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $325,000.

Sean and Deborah O'Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Acanthus Circle to Robert Gloekler Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $248,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,115 square feet.

A. Carol Ferguson sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2030, to Terrence White, ofOrmond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,061 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $120,000.

David Simmons, of Albany, Georgia, sold 69 Loyola Drive to Marcia Eide, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,668 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $170,000.

Carl Thornblad sold 43 Sandcastle Drive to Kleyn and Vanessa D. Russell, and Marcille Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1975, the house has four bedrooms, 2. Baths and 2,338 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $69,000.

Daaron and Rayna Rudloff, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Sounders Trail Circle to Harley Whiting, of Ormond Beach, for $224,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,765 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $205,000.

Irina Mazanova and Semen Shpitalnik, of Tucker, Georgia, sold 695 Flamingo Ave., Unit A, to David and Diane Mullins, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1947,the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 675 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $162,900.

Charles and Harriette Flavio, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Curved Creek Way to Lynn Chodnicki, of Ormond Beach, for $282,500. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,477 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $282,500.

Halifax Plantation

Mary Hut, of Ormond Beach, sold 1132 Killarney Drive to William Rigg, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,109 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $272,500.

Margaret Cloutier, of Ormond Beach, sold 3049 Monaghan Drive to Aaron and Bryan Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $231,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,812 square feet.

Janet Penny, of Ontario, sold 3948 Cree Drive to Corbin and Jillian Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $223,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,892 square feet.

Ross and Beverly Davis, of Ormond Beach, sold 1326 Asher Court to Joseph Pedersen and Susan Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $193,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $139,000.

Richard and Mary Garber, of Ormond Beach, sold 1162 Athlone Way to Richard and Donna Dunn, of Ormond Beach, for $189,900. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $116,000.

Crystal Anderson, individually and as trustee, sold 52 Foxcroft Run to Warner and Rosalind McLean, of Ormond Beach, for $765,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,981 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $762,500.

Trigger Real Estate Group LLC, of Port Orange, sold 79 Levee Lane to Sean and Deborah O'Sullivan, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $172,189.

Edna SeemiIler, of Mount Dora, sold 1368 Sunningdale Lane to Richard Vannie and Linda Agnew, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2003, the house has two bedrooms, four baths and 2,167 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $188,450.

Jesse Pirtle sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 136, to Michael and Ellen Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $73,000.

Mary Ann Logan, of Saratoga Springs, New York, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 417, to Elias Chaikin, of Ormond Beach, for $80,000. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $64,000.

Cynthia Keen, of Jonesboro, Georgia, sold 3000 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 12, to John and Carol Douglas, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2001, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,329 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $189,000.

Richard and Donna Dunn, of Ormond Beach, sold 1275 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1060, to Gary and Paula Wheeler, of Welaka, for $205,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,013 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $130,000.

Michael and Julie Bess, of Galena, Ohio, sold 26 Morning Star Ave. to John and Sara Ciesluk, of Ormond Beach, for $189,700. Built in 1966, the house ha s two bedrooms, two baths and 1,219 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $255,000.

Mario and Anne LaCute, of Westerville, Ohio, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 501, to Michael and Robin Vondracek, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 871 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $77,500.

Gary Brock and Michael Porter, of Ormond Beach, sold 49 Azalea Drive to Christopher and Amy Shea, of Lake Wales, for $169,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $84,500.

Patrick and Virginia Gavin, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Plaza Drive to Robert Pineiro, as trustee, for $165,000. Built in 1960, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,142 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $45,000.

Donn Billings, of Ormond Beach, sold 37 Camellia Drive to Kevin Pycko and Rie Tanakajima, of Ludlow, Massachusetts, for $160,000. Built in 1961, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $127,500.

Bank of America sold 25 Ocean Breeze Circle to Tammy Czarnecki, as trustee, for $155,000. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet.
