A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 16-22 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Richard and Ellen Branoff, of Fernandina Beach, sold 282 S. Beach St. to Clinton and Megan Bagwell, of Ormond Beach, for $603,500. Built in 1923, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,626 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $103,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Walter and Linda Cook, of Ormond Beach, sold 689 N. Halifax Drive to William and Stacey Roccca, of Holly Hill, for $425,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,166 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $447,500.
Oscar and Carol Carbonell, individually and as trustees, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 6070, to Felix Lawrence, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $239,000.
Leo and Kelli Guglielmo, of Bunnell, sold 83 Sanchez Ave. to Rawdon and Melissa Gallman, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,892 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $162,000.
Waflek and Honda Nakhia, individually and as trustees, sold 7 King Edward Drive to Eddy and Theresa Ho, of Ormond Beach, for $231,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,096 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $185,000.
Dennis and Debra Buskirk, of Cumberland, Maryland, sold 491 Grandview Ave. to William Shaw and John Rossi Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1955, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $90,301.
Paul Duffett, of Ormond Beach, sold 300 Sanchez Ave. to Ermert Nihoa III and Duke Burns, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two fireplaces and 2,286 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $123,000.
Matthew and Alisha Bos, of Casa Grande, Arizona, sold 5 Lakeview Circle to Laura Beaudette, Kileen Beaudette and Nicole Beaudette, of Ormond Beach, for $215,900. Built in 1983, the house has five bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,776 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $216,000.
Stephanie Staff, of Ormond Beach, sold 234 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Dane Reilly and Emma Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $152,500. Built in 1920, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 778 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $47,500.
Virginia Carr, of Casselberry, sold 103 Cardinal Drive, Unit A, to Anthony Volpe, of Palm Coast, for $135,000. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 786 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $48,900.
Patricia Riley, of Frendswood, Texas, sold 1714 Avenue B to Argiro and Sherry Echavarrin, of Ormond Beach, for $48,000. Built in 1969, the manufactured home has two bedrooms, one bath and 720 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $4,900.
Chelsea Place
Felix Lawrence sold 309 Chelsea Place Ave. to Matthew Putnam for $515,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,014 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $479,400.
Halifax Plantation
Joseph and Ruth Torres sold 3017 Monaghan Drive to Karen Wiseman, of Ormond Beach, for $312,500. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,812 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $248,000.
Plantation Bay
Arthur Richard, of Salem, Massachusetts, sold 1218 Hampstead Lane to Thomas and Stacey Hornbecker, of Ormond Beach, for $329,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,909 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $339,575.
The Trails
Walter and Sheila Shreve, of Valdosta, Georgia, sold 322 Timberline Trail to John and Karen Lixie, of Ormond Beach, for $177,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,474 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $158,400.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Tyler Dean, individually and as trustee, sold 102 Mariners Drive to David and Virginia Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $549,800. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,024 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $355,000.
Josephine Auchmoody, Deborah Anderson and Jennifer Goodine, individually and as trustees, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 604, to Norman Pytel, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,515 square feet.
Robert and Myra Dragonette, of DeLand, sold 3559 John Anderson Drive to William and Michele Tebbenhoff, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,836 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $290,000.
Scott Biddle, of Clermont, sold 6 Concord Drive to Charles and Katrina Woodard, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1981, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,435 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $215,000.
Fredric Stangle and Barbara Ziccardi, of Davie, sold 7 Sea Raven Terrace to Steven and Lea Rockholz, of Ormond Beach, for $279,900. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,479 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $268,000.
Larry and Susan Anderson sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 202, to Douglas and Amie Steelman, of Auburndale, for $225,000. Built in 1987, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $128,500.
William Figg, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Ocean Shore Drive to Anthony and Karen Avey, of Livonia, Michigan, for $199,400. Built in 1954, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $14,000.
Joy Keasey, individually and as trustee, sold 2820 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 26, to Paul O’Brien, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,216 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $58,000.
