A Mediterranean-style house on the ocean was the top real estate transaction for July 29 to Aug. 4 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ron Rice, of Ormond Beach, sold 201 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Tiziana Barbaro, and Mustapha and Carlotta Khorchi, of Wellington, for $2.15 million. Built in 1925, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,553 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $950,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Frank and Deborah Klosik sold 902 S. Beach St. to Robert Teal Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $465,000.

Norman and Jennifer Mosher, of Holly Hill, sold 1304 Parkside Drive to Glenn and Elizabeth Grabski, of Ormond Beach, for $276,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,995 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $248,500.

Stephen Mark and Stephanie Smith, of Chicago, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 703, to Brian and Michelle Nedeau, of Palm Coast, for $267,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet.

Karen Anderson, of DeLand, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 101, to Patrick and Kathryn Beecher, of The Villages, for $225,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $170,000.

Amy Keil, of Swanton, Ohio, sold 226 Cherokee Road to James and Robbie Crews, of Ormond Beach, for $217,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $170,000.

Elizabeth Hogan, of Port Orange, sold 419 Oak Park Circle to Katherine McCarthy and Austin Marciano, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,036 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $175,000.

Susan Montgomery, of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, sold 18 Oakwood Park to Madison Creggar, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $82,000.

David and Maria Seeley, of Ormond Beach, sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 10B, to Helen Scuteri, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $97,000.

John and Patricia Clig sold 11 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Ferda Baycan, of Port Orange, for $110,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $81,500.

Micaela Tanes and Timothy Barnett, of Ormond Beach, sold 156 Northshore Drive, Unit B, to Ronald and Shirley Steinberg, of Daytona Beach Shores, for $100,000. Built in 1947, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 535 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $64,500.

Breakaway Trails

Robert and Eileen Elkin, of Asheville, North Carolina, sold 29 Forest View Way to Matthew Burns and Holly Douglas, of Ormond Beach, for $337,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,665 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $191,000.

Halifax Plantation

Raymond Herrala, of Rochester, New York, sold 3521 Kilgallen Court to John Regan, as trustee, for $825,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool and 5,916 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $925,000.

Stanley Little Sr., of Ormond Beach, sold 1120 Killarney Drive to Michael and Diane Swain, of Orland Park, Illinois, for $312,500. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,164 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $318,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Adam and Alice Hudson sold 19 Dartmouth Trace to Farhaad and Jaclyn Golkar, of Ormond Beach, for $595,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,048 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $459,000.

Plantation Bay

Roy and Carolyn Brewer, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 1111 Oxbridge Lane to Karen Everett, of Ormond Beach, for $640,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,968 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $625,000.

Lawrence and Denice Beighle, of Ormond Beach, sold 1208 Kilkenny Court to Thomas and Patricia Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2015, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $224,300.

Abraham and Cynthia Martey, of San Jose, California, sold 1101 Hansberry Court to Nationstar Mortgage LLC, of Coppell, Texas, for $193,272.45. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $258,900.

Tomoka Estates

Dale Stewart, of Ormond Beach, sold 1103 Landers St. to Allison and James Abel, of Ormond Beach, for $219,900. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,309 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $150,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Roger and Lea Goulet, individually and as trustee, sold 5 Kathy Drive to William Webber and Ira Stillman, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,689 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $70,000.

Thomas and Shirley Berry, of Athens, Georgia, sold 121 Pierside Drive to Kent Krabbenhoft and Debra Hindmarsh, of LaVista, Nebraska, for $250,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,360 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $165,000.

Michael and Kimberly Rumer, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Raymonde Circle to James and Juliane Hinson, of Ormond Beach, for $231,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,372 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $60,000.

Charles and Gay Dearbeck, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Dolphin Ave. to Gary and Elizabeth Hohman, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 766 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $145,000.
