A Riverside Drive home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Aug. 23-29 in the Multiple Listing Service. Todd Berlanti, individually and as trustee, and Christine Berlanti sold 87 Riverside Drive to Russell and Stacey Frates, of Ormond Beach, for $890,000. Built in 1948, the house is a 5/5.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool, guest house and 6,342 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Jerry Ramirez and Linda Davis, of Rahway, New Jersey, sold 833 Riverside Drive to Brian and Ariel Collins, of Ormond Beach, for $399,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $200,000.

Dawn Beltrami, of Ormond Beach, sold 611 Johnson Drive to Danny and Cynthia Dorsey, of Ormond Beach, for $232,500. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,456 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $154,900.

Carl Aiello, individually and as trustee, sold 681 Wellington Station to Mildred Knight, of Ormond Beach, for $114,500. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $76,500.

James and Barbara Livingston, of Westminster, Colorado, sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 4050, to Adriana Bierman, of St. Augustine, for $92,000. Built in 1987, the condotel is a 1/1 and has 297 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $88,000.

Breakaway Trails

Kenneth and Denise Gardner, of Debary, sold 26 Forest View Way to Olga and Theodore Mizzoni, of Ormond Beach, for $372,500. Built in 1987, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,133 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $325,000.

Carole Link, of Knoxville, Tennessee, sold 26 Black Creek Way to Mari Hughes and Patricia Moore, of Fairfax, Virginia, for $353,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,013 square feet

Julie Miller, of DeLand, sold 55 Circle Creek Way to Benjamin Herring and Angelina Duncan, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,239 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $181,000.

Halifax Plantation

Ronald and Margaret Garrison, of Ormond Beach, sold 1410 Dolph Circle to Holly Pearson, of Jeromesville, Ohio, for $429,900. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,637 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $355,300.

Edward and Lucille Matthews, of Bamberg, South Carolina, sold 1421 Carlow Circle for $221,500. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $165,900.

Oak Forest

Peter and Angelika Grubel, of Des Moines, Iowa, sold 1537 Oak Forest Drive to Michelle Ramin, of Ormond Beach, for $750,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 1,981 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $555,000.

Plantation Bay

Joni Fulford, as trustee, sold 708 Aldenham Lane to Gloria Slater and Crystal Spreng, of Ormond Beach, for $214,000. Built in 2017, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $211,300.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

James and Sandy Buttrum, of Daytona Beach, sold 201 Sunrise Cove Circle to Kelly and Peter Simonis, of Ormond Beach, for $326,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,488 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $259,900.

Stephen and Deborah Dickerson sold 206 Lynnhurst Drive to Susan Saullo, of Ormond Beach, for $302,500. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,349 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $150,000.

William Clausen, individually and as representative, sold 8 San Juan Circle to John and Susan Stuzynski, of Ormond Beach, for $277,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,725 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $67,000.

David Kopp and J. Griffin, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Ocean Circle to John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,502 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $165,000.

Thomas and Barbara Cernera, of Ocala, sold 1926 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 201, to Dennis and Sandra Sands, and Travis Sands, of Johns Creek, Georgia, for $178,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $141,000.
