A house on John Anderson Drive was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 13-19 in the Multiple Listing Service. Antonio and Mirella Deluca, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 John Anderson Drive to Thomas Leek and Vicki Dolan, of Ormond Beach, for $1.4 million. Built in 1955, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,425 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $1.2 million. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Tara and Steve Gades, of Wilmington, Delaware, sold 430 Pine Bluff Trail to William Worley IV and Henry Hsun, of Ormond Beach, for $747,500. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/2/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,240 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $727,000.

Meaghan Lawson, of Lake Oswego, Oregon, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 5070, to Christina and Michael Dodds, of Huntsville, Alabama, for $285,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $160,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 310 Sandoval Drive to Tron and Sheena Griffin, of Ormond Beach, for $284,705. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,101 square feet.

Crystal Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 181 Hand Ave. to Cody and Blakely Wise, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,848 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $165,000.

Mary Stanchfield, of Unionville, Connecticut, sold 14 Brookside Court to Jeffrey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,489 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $67,500.

Travis Lightfoot, of Ormond Beach, sold 86 Hernandez Ave. to Patricia Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,265 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $76,500.

Constance Moore, of Holly Hill, sold 45 Park Place to James and Hetty Carpenter, of Ormond Beach, for $194,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,465 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $65,000.

April and Glenn Pilato sold 334 Tropical Lane to Donald Labbe, of Florissant, Missouri, for $188,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $135,000.

Jaime Senters and Joshua Shaw, of Alexandria, Indiana, sold 1880 Myrtle Jo Drive to Casey Shorter, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,220 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $116,800.

Halifax Plantation

Michael Hitt and Margaret Duerson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1348 Wicklow Lane to Nadeen Rhoades, of Cypress, Texas, for $595,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 5/3 and has two fireplaces, swimming pool and 4,174 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $475,000.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3026 Silvermines Ave. to Heather Olson, of Ormond Beach, for $463,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,582 square feet.

William and Mary Collins, of Ormond Beach, sold 3201 Connemara Drive to Timothy and Linda Elston, of Ormond Beach, for $314,900. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,925 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $92,800.

Hunter’s Ridge

Charles Dinello and Gordana Balk-Moller, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Whipper-In Circle to Lisa and Michael Curtin, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,564 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $277,500.

Ormond Lakes

Craig Walther, individually and as trustee, sold 32 Minnow Drive to Michael Bernshteyn and Isabella Ryabaya, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,362 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $380,000.

Pine Trails

Wade and Melissa Creggar, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Cypress Point Court to Patricia Bushay, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,371 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $250,000.

Plantation Bay

Wook and Byung Yoon, of Ormond Beach, sold 405 Long Cove Road to Laurie Calabrese, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,524 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $174,600.

Denise Sumerix, of Ormond Beach, sold 1032 Kilkenny Lane to Bradley and Anne Childs, of South Easton, Massachusetts, for $249,000. Built in 2013, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $185,400.

Rio Vista

Steven and Suzanne Kaplan sold 726 Santa Fe Ave. to Michael Shorter, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,072 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $91,200.

Reflections Village

Helen Neumann, as representative, sold 22 Old Macon Drive to Jose and Yvette Colon, of Hopelawn, New Jersey, for $236,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,796 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $198,000.

The Trails

CJ Mak Mk LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 River Ridge Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,175 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $171,100.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

John and Theresa Lessard, of Edgewater, sold 2704 John Anderson Drive to Gerald and Terry Drumwright for $840,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and 3,354 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $190,000.

Melvin Clevenger Jr., of Bryceville, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6, to Kathleen and Wilfred Rancourt, of Ormond Beach, for $221,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $99,900.

Jay and Rebecca Fratello, of Ocala, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 107, to Christopher and Theresa Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1983, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $256,000.
