A house on a golf course was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of June 26 to July 2 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Joan Crawford, of Ormond Beach, and Ross and Dawn Lewis, of Wayzata, Minnesota, sold 1416 Kinnard Circle to William and Diana Schott, of Baldwin, Missouri, for $473,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,736 square feet.

Ormond Beach

Konstantinos Seoles, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Twin River Drive to Ryan and Lindsey Finnegan, of Ormond Beach, for $269,900. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,215 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $156,100.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold 250 River Vale Lane to Efrain Hernandez and Meylin Solis, of Ormond Beach, for $251,035. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,036 square feet.

Beth Lerner sold 415 N. Halifax Drive to D. Andrew Clark, of Daytona Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,552 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $199,000
